We showed the guy our Set Sail Passes, didn't matter. Fortunately, being later arrival type folk, we checked in through the great unwashed line pretty fast. But this guy was a world class...............(insert your favorite expletive here). Real fine customer service skills.

Thanks for this post @Leroyr55.  I am doing an 8 night on her as soon as she arrives in Bayonne…in just 16 days and 12hours.  Getting pretty excited as the days go by.  

We just returned from a 8 night cruise on this great ship.
The big question is always food. 
Six nights we ate in the main dining room. Now we are not what you call foodies but we were happy with each meal.  The wait staff we had were great and very accommodating to requests. 
Another night we ate in Chops need I say anymore more. Delicious meal and staff. 
We did the hibachi another night great time and great meal.
For a relaxing breakfast some days try the main dining room it did not disappoint.
Entertainment Hiro again tops the list as a must see. Hairspray although a little long was great. Also the 2.0 ice skating show is another not to miss. The adult comedy show was just that adult comedy.
The crew once again was fantastic friendly and just fun.
Overall a fantastic 8 nights on board.

I did notice that but I don’t know why you’re so confused 🤔 OBVIOUSLY it means only kids are allowed to eat on Nights 2 & 3!!🤓 However, breakfast and lunch menus are there so we better eat real good then🤣🤣

Looks like Dining is back up in the App…..can see menus for restaurants but not bars. Now I can plan when I’m going to book my Specialty Dining, CK or Main. YAAAAAAY🎊🎉

FYI ….just checked the APP and looks like the dining issue is resolved, for the most part, anyway. The menus are back for all the restaurants but not the bars. Check it out.

The absence of the menus in the app is an ongoing issue. It started way before the android issues referred to in this thread. Still not sure what it’s all about but it sucks!!

Ok so @twangster, @WAAAYTOOO, @USCG Teacher and anyone else out there….What about Azamara? I was eyeing them as well. Last time I looked, they were offering itineraries for the Grand Prix in Monte Carlo. Since my DH loves anything Fast &/or Furious…what say you cruising experts?

Twice.  Remember it includes drinks, wifi, gratuity and shore excursions.  It's also a small ship experience so often that means ports of call or itineraries you won't find elsewhere.  With a guest to crew ratio of around  2:1 service tends to be very good.
It's the luxury brand in the family.  Just like luxury car cost more than regular cars, luxury cruising costs more.  However if that is the style of vacation you seek, SilverSea is a luxury experience.

Sooooo, I’ve been busy all day but monitoring this thread….feeling sorry for all you ‘poor people’ still having problems. Tsk, Tsk🙂‍↔️ Then this evening tried to log on and what do you know? CAN’T😤😖 I said “These people are sending me their bad Joo-Joo!!! 😜🤣 So, I had to do what everyone else basically did—-change my password—-and everything is working. This whole thing is so not fun!!

Had no issues yesterday via website or iPhone… now I’m getting wrong password on both.
EDIT: Changing PW took care of both.

You all know how I feel about the app anyway….but I do have to say that it seems to be working ok (ok as it ever is…) onboard.  Rezzies seem to be correct but I haven’t tried to use it for anything like checking in or health questionnaire, etc.  I will be checking in for an upcoming cruise in a few days and I will have to do the health questionnaire for party II of the B3B in a couple of days.  Hopefully everything will be fixed by then…
