    FYI ….just checked the APP and looks like the dining issue is resolved, for the most part, anyway. The menus are back for all the restaurants but not the bars. Check it out.

    The absence of the menus in the app is an ongoing issue. It started way before the android issues referred to in this thread. Still not sure what it’s all about but it sucks!!

    Sorry you are still having issues. So far all my devices have been working, Android and Apple alike, as well as laptop & desktop(both Windows based). Might be time to call Royal and open a ticket. They may have a suggestion. Anyone else out there getting this error message?

    It's the luxury brand in the family.  Just like luxury car cost more than regular cars, luxury cruising costs more.  However if that is the style of vacation you seek, SilverSea is a luxury experience.  

    Gotcha! Well I can definitely say that it is the style of vacation I seek, but my pocketbook says otherwise!!!

    I’m not sure what that is….a new one on me. You might try a different browser perhaps. So far I’ve had no glitches with either my computer, tablet or phone. 

  6. Sooooo, I’ve been busy all day but monitoring this thread….feeling sorry for all you ‘poor people’ still having problems. Tsk, Tsk🙂↔️ Then this evening tried to log on and what do you know? CAN’T😤😖 I said “These people are sending me their bad Joo-Joo!!! 😜🤣 So, I had to do what everyone else basically did—-change my password—-and everything is working. This whole thing is so not fun!!

    Weird deal.  I’ll give it another day or so and then just reset my password if it still isn’t working.

    So far the app still works on both my android and Apple devices.....as of this moment, that is. Hope yours comes online shortly!! As I mentioned above, one of my android devices came back online without any fuss but the second android device only worked after I reset the password, so that may work for you too.

    On my android phone, I was just able to login with my original password but on my DH's phone, I had to change his password and then everything worked just fine.

    Yes me too….I’ve tried to uninstall the app and re-install, but did not work. I was trying to check-in on the App last night, which was when I first encountered the issue. I was able to do so on my PC so no harm, no foul, but I really like saving my SetSail to my phone in the App to use at embarkation instead of the printed copy. Oh well, I don’t sail until May so we do have some time. Hopefully they get their act together by then. Also get the Dining feature in the App working again as well!!

    Yeah, I’m sure we could, however, I figured it didn’t too much matter because we plan on taking advantage of the ‘flexible arrival boarding’ perk and showing up around 10:30am or so.

    Now if Royal would please straighten out the Cruise Planner so we can finalize our onboard plans as well as port plans!  

    So, yeah, I've been checking frequently for Nassau excursion options. Would possibly like to try a Pearl Island Cabana. I think they are really scrambling due to the change in itinerary for CocoCay. I'm sure all the good stuff is long gone. The same with Nassau. Oh well, like I said earlier...Glad we love Symphony....!!!

    That stinks 😤I wonder if the Suite Concierges have the information prior to boarding. In the whole scheme of things, it’s not the end of the world but pretty inconvenient. All the information was there a few months back…I’m on Symphony in May, btw…so I just thought it was a glitch. I’m with @barjpoe…if this is indeed a new “feature” going forward, how again is this a good thing? For who? Oh well…Life will go on🤪

    Got it….I was so looking forward to Labadee for the 1st time. Oh well😤 We’re doing a B2B so will have the exact same itinerary on the 2nd leg. Good thing we love Symphony…looks like we’ll be seeing a lot of her🤓

    I just cancelled all of my excursions at Labadee for our cruise in June so I wont get stuck with OBC.  I really doubt that there will be ships going to Labadee any time soon.

    Our sailing is in May on Symphony and we’re thinking of doing the same thing. We booked a Cabana on Labadee and really don’t want an OBC for that.
