I am a shareholder but they do not know that yet.  I Just bought my 10th share Monday.  I have not sent them my brokerage statement yet.  The timing is offal coincidental but I do not see how it could be that, unless xxxx-trade some how told them, but doubt it 

Makes sense, the only problem is that I have already paid for everything.  I have no more excursions to buy.  Hoping it will last till I get on the ship and my wife can spend it

The new receipt  is the same as the old one with one differanc.  Te new one has a new $100 OBC!  I do not know why it is there and I do not want to lose it, Happy birthday to me..  Any one else get a early Christmas gift for RCI?  I am curious as to why but I am fearful to call them up and ask they might say ooopppss and take it away.. lol

US cruisers are to profitable for them to not sail from here.  Not saying the US is the most profitable I have no idea but even if it is 25% of thee revenue stream there is not way they will be able to give that up. Maybe in the short term they would but long term never.   And of the US passengers only a small percent would fly over seas to cruise imho.  They will have to play ball no matter how dumb the CDC is being.

I agree you on this and I think it has to do with where they registered there ships.  The USA gets no taxes or less from  them because they are all done overseas.

I think they are waiting to see what happens with the Quantum OTS out of Singapore If they cancel and the stock takes a hit then the QOTS has to return with COVID issues that would be a second hit to close together.  If QOTS goes good and they cancel the Jan cruises it will be less of an impact of the stock price. If QOFS comes back bad then the canceling of the JAN cruises would look like they are linked to that event and again the hit would be less then 2 individual events.  That's what I would do anyway.

I ended up taking the advice of the majority and got to select my room for only $124 during the BF sale.

That is a tough question to answer.  In my house Thanksgiving is not "A meal" it is a day of eating.  So the only way to answer that question is to compare it to a full day on the ship.  Given that the answer is absolutely with doubt about it is a cruise day...

On the Allure OTS are ocean balcony rooms right next to the elevators nosier then not near?

I canceled and re bought 4 things, wave jet, 20 pic photo pack , CocoCay beach club and one other and saved $72 with the BF sales.  Not bad, More for the wife to spend on the ship!

OK looking for input on this.   What you do When we booked the cruise we chose "We pick your room", We being RCL,  because it was around $400 cheaper. We have a guaranteed ocean view balcony.  The prices have changed and the difference is now only $141 for fwd or aft, and $170 for mid ship.  I have never let them choose the room and am not sure, but I do know that on the Allure OTS there are no obstructed ocean view balconies so there is that.

Wow that's news to me.  They always tell me I need a passport, for me and my family.  Very strange but good to know

I thought you have to have a passport to cruise.  Every time I have gone with RC or the other guys they told me I have to have a passport

Yes I sent it on Tuesday and have not heard back.  I did get the auto responder saying they got it but thats it.   Where in the cruise planner would I see the credit?

How long after you send the email with the to RCCL does it usually take to get word back or see the OBC? 

OK So I just got an OBC from MyVegas.  How do I redeem it?  I do not see how to do it?  I am sure it is just me but help please.

Looking at my current cruise in Oct the JR suite is 2x the price of the ocean balcony.  I was thinking of upgrading to the JR suite, but then I thought well... take 2 cruises instead??  What would you guys do or think, going to spend the money one wat or the other.
