Thank you! We are going into dry dock. Tis the season for prom & graduation festivities. That will keep us on land until July. 

That’s a wrap for us. The end of an era for our family and our March Break sailings as 4. 🥹 I will leave you all with a few pics.

No, I was perfectly happy on Oasis this week and did not miss Icon at any point other than the elevators. Every time I used the elevator, I thought of Icon lol

Our Genie Shane 💜
We have known Shane since 2019 so there was already some familiarity here. However, we have learned this week that knowing Shane, and having him as our Genie are two different things.
There are Genies, and then there is Shane. That is the best way I can describe our experience with him. We have never had terrible genie in any of our sailings, but Shane stands out not because of the grandiose gestures, but the small little things all throughout the week. Those small little things, add up to reflect a Genie who adores his job, genuinely listens to his guests, and takes time to build a relationship with them. This is why people adore Shane.
Any genie can send food, decorate, and throw a party, but very few will become unforgettable because their thoughtful small gestures truly show that their guests, and their satisfaction, are their number one priority. This is Shane. He is all that, and more, a truly unique Genie. 

Ahhh my reading pleasures just grew!  Yet another cruise to follow.  I’m getting close to possibly trying one of these myself 🤔.  But I have plenty of time to consider while enjoying the next few weeks of happy cruisers doing their thing!

My husband does not pack slacks for our cruises.  He tells me he is on vacation…lol!  I do agree 👍🏻.  He always looks put together with dress shorts and collared polo shirts for our MDR dinners.  Neither of us dress us formally for the dressy nights onboard.  I almost always wear palazzo pants or dressy capris with nice tops for dinner…comfortable and neatly dressed!

Same here and boarding usually starts even earlier than that. We hope to be parked in the garage sometime before 10am.
We both slept awful so about to gulp down some coffee myself and get on the road in a little while.
I could say we'll be the ones wearing St. Patrick's Day gear (well I have a t-shirt, my wife has an entire ensemble complete with a fedora and socks, lol) but that's probably not going to make us stand out. She might... I'm the wallflower.

Ehhh the room pics currently would be visual representation of the physics term  entropy. Wish I had taken them upon arrival. 

Your hubby is lucky you are relaxed and y’all have teenage daughters. Zero chance I’d be allowed to hang at the flowrider that much with my insane clown posse sons.

Wife - Basically done packing
Me - I have piles of stuff that just need to be put in my suitcase and my shirts hanging up to be folded tomorrow morning before we leave. I consider that basically done.

I’m too hungry to sleep. I overdid the pre-cruise diet. 🙃
Nah, no idea, my sleep pattern is all over the place. Hopefully I get some sleep. We have double shows planned for tomorrow night and we’re not exactly the stay up late doing Irish car bomb types.

After dinner, we swung by The Shop to replace Hubby’s soot covered UV shirt. I told him he could still wear the old one, but he said it looks like it’s moldy. 

Then, we swung by the pub to say goodbye to @recogneyes and her Hubby. Walked in at the same time as Andrew & Lisa, and we all had a few more laughs. They stayed and we headed back to the room to complete the dreaded packing. 
 Tomorrow we are self carrying everything off as usual. Shane said we need to vacate the room by 8:30am but we will be gone before that. 

Dinner was back at Giovanni’s. 

The rest of the afternoon was spent doing our own thing. Hubby went back to the FlowRider one last time, D17 went to soak up some more sun, D15 went to do one last trivia, and me? Spent more time in this gorgeous room. 

After Izumi, Hubby and the kids went ice skating. There were a few other SC families there and they ended up giving them an hour long session.

D15 has maxed out. Food coma has hit. She did not even make it to the end of the meal lol

How the week just flew by so fast and as usual another great blog filled with great memories and surprises
A week in this type of suite how could you ever think of booking anything else but this type of suite all the time.  It's pure heaven and no need to leave cabin at all.
Any word on how many kids and capacity this week?
