I agree completely. There are many challenges and obstacles to overcome in the near term, but crew vaccines, I feel, will not be one of them.

Cyprus is part of the EU. Currently American citizens are not permitted entry to the EU.

A requirement to show proof of vaccine for entry does NOT violate HIPAA regulations. HIPAA laws ONLY apply to healthcare providers and certain 3rd party payers (insurance companies et. al)

I think Royal (and all other lines) are being as transparent as they need to be. Any consumer, that does not know the realities of the market, and books, is responsible for their own decision. The "sally" dates for the FCCs gets extended periodically as the stoppage drags on.
