My cruise on Empress of sea is canceled because they sold the ship I purchased travel insurance thru Alliance. Since RC canceled, do I have a chance of getting insurance refunded?

I was booked on the Canada trip in September 2021. I’m bummed but sad. I’m taking the refund. The lymphoma came back and it’s a relief not to worrying about the final balance.

I went from OS on empress February 2021 to OS February 2022 on Harmony thanks to Michelle from a MEI. I honestly liked the itinerary of 2021 but I’m very excited to be able to try costal kitchen.

I want to thank Everyone on this blog With special thanks to@ Michelle at MEI. My friend and I had booked a cruise for February 7, 2020. I booked with MEI because of all positive feedback. We were on Empress with JR suite. This virus changed my mind about wanting to cruise on this date. Along comes Lift and switch., Because I read this daily I’m ready to jump. 1st I asked Michelle to move us to owners suite. $600 more to move. Catch is Empress is just showing one Available. She was able to upgrade us?. Now for the fun part for her?. I want to lift and switch to 2022 on harmony of seas. We had western for 2021 but crazy me asked for Eastern. I didn’t want Bahama. Michelle was on hold and the call dropped. She emails me you need to do western to western. I tell her at that point we aren’t to picky about date. I would prefer leaving out of Port Canaveral, but would take Miami. We are now booked on Haramony of seas, February 6, 2020. Owners Suite.10640. My friend had never been on a cruise and I have never been on an Oasis class. We are beyond excited and very thankful.

This is so true.@michelle got through for me, was placed on hold and got hung up on. I can’t believe how much patience everyone at MEI has for helping us. I will say it again. I’m so happy I found this site.

That’s wonderful news. Michelle is trying to shift me from Empress February 2021. To harmony February 2022. They are so busy and I’m very impressed with them. I’m so glad I found this site. I had AAA for my last cruise and I know they wouldn’t put in this much time to help.

I love watching the ocean and meeting interesting people. Not having to cook and clean are major bonus points. My dream cruise would be all over the South Pacific.

On adventure of seas in January the kids club was open from 9-12 in morning, 2-5 in afternoon, 7-10 in evening. From 10pm-2am it will cost $7 per hour. My granddaughter said her favorite thing on cruise was Kids club. On port days they had kids together and open longer hours if your kiddos don’t want to do excursions.

The refreshment package includes both water and soda. With refreshment package you will receive cups good for free style machine. It also includes coffee. You can cancel both coffee card and soda package.

We ate at windjammer on the 1st day for lunch. I was very grateful for the suite sitting. Little M has a sensitive nose. She couldn’t take the mixture of all of the different smells.
