We love the atmosphere and the service. Breakfast is nice. Most of the menus don't excite us. Mr. SpeedNoodles had a steak for lunch one day that he said "had to have come from the oldest steer on the planet" because it was just such an awful cut of beef.
-
It absolutely is not.

Book it. Many people like it. We couldn't wait for it to end.

And we thought it was, by far, the worst show we've seen on an Oasis or Quantum class ship. But, since one never knows if they'll like it until they see it, making sure it's booked right away is important. It was canceled twice in the beginning of our sailing, which is why I always book early in the week (in case they need to do a make up performance).

I just realized that, thanks. That's what I get for message boarding when I'm still half asleep.

Coco Beach Club — Full Day Pass - Worth it?
SpeedNoodles replied to stevendom57's topic in Shore Excursions
It's rare to find it at at that low price. I'd say it's worth it if you want a quiet place to park yourself for the day. We really enjoyed it. -
You'll need to take your SeaPass card, and you should have some form of photo ID to go along with it. In some areas port authorities will want to see it to get back into the secured port area, more than often they won't. It's about 50/50 on how many take a passport with vs a DL off the ship.

Moving a double points cruise question
SpeedNoodles replied to RCIfan1912's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I moved my Serenade sailing (booked under double points) to Quantum. The booking number is the same, so @michelle thought that I may still get double points, but she couldn't confirm. -
You will be assigned to one dining room. Dynamic Dining fell by the wayside quite a while ago. The menus are the same in each venue.

I wanna go!!!!!!!

Have a fabulous cruise!

Hahaha, 3 people is amateur hour. We had 7 in with it once, lol.
-
Yes, I've seen one on every ship that I've been on (except Ovation) since 2019 and they were not the same person.

When will my guarantee room get assigned?
SpeedNoodles replied to Cindyb's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
It could be at any time - early or last minute. -
Earliest Boarding Time?
SpeedNoodles replied to EmptyNestTravels's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
Rooms usually open up between 1:00pm-1:30pm. If you check in after that time, you can go directly to your stateroom. Otherwise you'll have to wait. -
I saw one on Odyssey and one on Allure. They just put up ropes around the piano so you can't get close (so people don't gather around and sing anymore - it's just not the same).
-
I loved it pre-Covid, when they were able to ride the elevators stuffed with guests - we'd ride along and sing - people in other elevators would spot or hear the Stowaway elevator and wonder what the heck was going on! Good times.

Welcome to the forums! Perfect Day has beach wheelchairs available that go through the sand so you'd be able to hang out at the beach if you like! I think you may be able to access the Oasis Lagoon Pool without going on sand (but I could be wrong on that one).

Just for the future, I've had much better luck getting responses from Royal Caribbean when I direct message them on Facebook or Twitter. I know not everyone uses these platforms, but if you do, give that a try next time.

I brought a blunt-tip scissors in my checked luggage to cut the annoying long tail off of the wristband this last time and it was much less annoying. I have really small wrists and the tail was ridiculously long, otherwise.

As of now, unvaccinated passengers can only get off of the ship if on a Royal Caribbean excursion.
-
I got my rejection email for my Royal Up on my last sailing during my 8pm dinner the first night, lol.

Not at this time, but be sure to do an antigen test rather than PCR. PCR is what will pick up fragments of the virus months later - antigen only detects active infections.
