  1. Joined a couple months ago. I LOVE this site! I'm a planner so this is so so so helpful.
  2. wait...WHAT? we can ask for them!! OHMYGOSH!!! I missed them on our most recent cruise in December!
  3. me too, if it's included on Navigator (in July) and Harmony (in November).
  4. To clarify, it was on Freedom OTS and Independence OTS...AND in the MDR for breakfast
  5. Just check the fine print. The time we did a 2-night package, they had to be utilized on the first and second nights of the cruise...
  6. We've gotten it in Windjammer in the mornings. There has been someone freshly squeezing it somewhere along the buffet line.
  7. I much prefer corn shells/chips...I was personally hoping that was at least an option. ?
  8. I always get at least two iced lattes at Cafe Promenade per morning. I am an espresso drink fan, so having the latte option somewhere on the ship is important to me AND those I travel with LOL. Navigator OTS now doesn have a stand alone Starbucks, but those drinks are not included in the beverage packages.
  9. @Pima1988 thanks for the breakdown. it's always that way for us...thinking about it all like that...great explanation.
  10. whoopwhoop! i don't enjoy desserts but I do enjoy a milkshake once in a while! will be enjoying at least 1 in November on Harmony! YAY!!!
  11. Important to know because technically they aren't fridges...they're more like "coolers".
  12. If I remember correctly, the taxi from the pier area to "downtown" area was $4/person each way.
  13. Our first time at Coco Cay it was still just the "beach day" type...but with the new updates, there will be the water park and lots of other things to do also. When we go in July 2019, my boys (DH, 16yo DS and his best friend) will be doing the Waterpark/ZipLine "excursion"...I'll just relax at the beach...with a pretty drink and a good book. We've been to Cozumel twice. Both times we just took a short taxi downtown and walked around and shopped and ate lunch then headed back to the ship. We went to Costa Maya once, for our 25th Anniversary Cruise, and we took an excursion to a ruins site. It was a bus tour and we both really enjoyed learning about the history. One of the things available during that excursion was to have our Anniversary date "written" in old Mayan script on a parchment. It is a fun memento of the trip and our Anniversary. There are so many things to do. In my opinion, you can't really go wrong. Just find something you think you'd like to do and enjoy it. You are on vacation. Relax if you want, explore if you want.
  14. Very well said, and I agree. We're going in July for our 2nd time there. We enjoyed our first trip. Plus, you're on VACATION...on a tropical island. It IS beautiful and there are many things to do. I'm excited to go there again and take my 16yo DS for the first time.
  15. reading for my own info...will be there in November.
  16. i bought a had carved palm tree that completely comes apart...i'll snap a pic and share it here soon. I love it!
  17. those are our stops in November...i'm reading and following.
  18. We are heading back to Nassau, in July, for our second time. The first time we walked around the main street with all the shops, shopped in the straw market, went to Starbucks to get my mug? and took a "bus" tour. The tour was actually very nice, lots of history, a couple stops (one was a small market), the final stop was a whiskey distillery or something. There were 6 of us. We enjoyed it, and exercised caution just like we would have anyplace we go I can see how those who cruise lots may not LOVE it, but you're on vacation. Go, have fun, pay attention to where you go.
  19. Thanks for the info regarding British Colonial Hilton...looking to have a "down" day there with our 16yo boys.
  20. I have searched and cannot find the answer to this question...what is the difference (besides $10) between the half day and the full day Waterpark and Zipline Packages?
  21. thanks! We're sailing on Harmony in November so I'm just now collecting info. (we're sailing on Navigator in July so that's taking my "scoping it out" time for now)
  22. Is this "included" as "free" breakfast on Oasis class ships? and is it buffet style or order from a menu?
