Since the restart the Concierge has sent out a welcome letter pre-cruise stating suite guests can board up to an hour before/ after their scheduled arrival time.

They usually have a bunch of different drink cups -- I've seen a mix of the old and new patterns.  You will get the cups with your package in your room.  You can take the unwrapped cups to where they're hawking the drink packages on the Promenade and politely ask to swap them out.

Ashley meant if you're in the DL and you order drinks, they will count towards your vouchers. The poster was asking if there were still complementary drinks during happy hour in the DL outside of the vouchers... which of course there are not.

It's not the best, but at least they're trying to utilize the space during the evening when there isn't a view.  I always wondered since they went fully climate control enclosure on Wonder for the Solarium, if they wouldn't dip their toes into turning that area into an entertainment venue in the evenings with the same kind of technology projections onto the panels.

The chat feature is $1.99/person per day. You do not need to also purchase internet to use it. 

It's called self-disembarkation and yes, it's available on all Royal sailings. You have to be able to handle your luggage yourself. You are also allowed off the ship first as you aren't waiting for luggage to put out for pickup in the terminal.

The offers are for specific itineraries and they provide a list. Most of the time the list is for more close-in sailings, within a couple of months.  Every so often the offers will be for further off low demand times.  If it's a comp they are offering you, since all you are paying are port fees & taxes, if you end up having to cancel you do get those back so even if you're not sure you can commit, you can still book.

Whatever is left goes back as a refund to the card you secured your onboard account with when you checked in.

It is. Still make reservations for lunch when you board, though. It will book up and you don't want to miss out if you are set on it.

They will have at least one sugar free option on each MDR dessert menu and typically always have an ice cream. Windjammer has sugar free selections as well. The lemon cookies are sugar free as well. They do use sucralose as the sugar substitute in their desserts.

Can't vouch for the shuttle since I am also a driver when cruising out of NOLA. But as long as you are comfortable walking with your carry-ons, it's easy to drop off your luggage early at the cruise terminal and walk to the French Quarter. There's even a trolley stop at the port you can hop on to get down there. Riverwalk is the mall that was mentioned which is right next to the terminal. Harrah's casino is also right there.
I myself am eyeing some of those Radiance cruises. Love, love, love cruising out of NOLA!
