Hello!  We just booked this cruise as a short getaway for DH and I.  Nice surprise as we weren't planning on a cruise until December(so exciting to see a countdown less than 90 days). Celebrating our birthdays (a bit late but we wanted to do something) and we are only a couple points from Diamond so this short cruise will get us to it.
Nice that you are repeating Navigator. We've been on her once before.  Great ship!
Are you staying at a hotel beforehand ?  Never cruised from this port before so booked based on research.

DH went back to the cabin and I took the kids to register for Adventure Ocean and check out the teen club. He texted me that luggage and more food were waiting in the room.
We passed Wipeout Cafe on the waybto Fuel and looked at the El Loco Fresh items available there. After lunch, the kids were not impressed, but they did spot a soft serve machine, so they each got a cone. Yes, they were too full for dessert 10 minutes ago.😆

Smitha called to tell us Mamma Mia was canceled - some of the cast is sick. She asked if we wanted to see the ice show tonight instead, but the kids are going to AO and want to see that. We told her we'll just go dancing after dinner. Then she asked if we enjoyed everything and if Caleb liked his cake. I told her we didn't have one, and two minutes later there was one at our door.🤣 #officiallyspoiled

Now DH is taking a quick nap and the kids are playing on the Switch. I think we'll hang out in the room for sailaway as it's still raining. We have dinner in about 2 hours. I think someone is going to have to roll me to CK!

Dogs are dropped off, and we're headed to Houston. We should be at the hotel around 7pm.

Just to give an idea of why I love Air2Sea...
My upcoming sailing on Wonder (July 2023), I booked through Air2Sea right when air was released (end of August 2022). As of last night, I have priced this RT flight down 4 times since August, for a total savings of $280pp (round trip). Because it's Hubby and I on this one, that's over $500 saved on air. I would not have been able to do that without Air2Sea being refundable until final payment.
Now, the disclaimer is that not every booking with Air2Sea drops like this over time. My March Break airfares and NYE airfares only ever rise, never drops. But the point is that when the opportunity is there, you can take advantage of it with Air2Sea. I can't do that with Delta direct, unless I book refundable but that is more than the $9 or so extra that Air2Sea charges.

Thanks.  That's what I thought but wanted to make sure.  That's so good you are able to book seats with Delta (I assume you mean online).  With WestJet, the site doesn't recognize the record locator/reference code. so we need to find time to call

We had the coffee card on both Liberty and Oasis.  I could have sworn I used the card for a Frappuccino on Liberty back in December.  However, on Oasis a few weeks ago, they refused and said the frozen drinks weren't covered.  They did allow iced coffee.  I added caramel shot and it tasted the same but obviously not the same consistency (except when a Frappuccino melts).  Not sure if it varies from ship to ship though and if Explorer will allow it (if they even make them there as per comments above)

Teaching the day before spring break is the worst! We have 30 teachers out today out of 200. 2:45 can't get here soon enough.

Travel day update:
My parents and Sis/BIL/N11/N9 have made it to DTW. They texted about an hour ago and everything looks ok at the moment. My sister said that the gates and runways look clear. There are a total of 6 Delta direct flights from DTW-FLL today. The first two (7am and 10:30am) have departed without issue. My parents/sis are on 3rd flight and we are on the last one out tonight. Still crossing those fingers and praying for the best!

Exactly.  Glad it's not just.  🙂
Only difference is we probably will have less hair products in luggage as will put anything under 100mil in carry on as can't lose those...lol

Have been thinking of you with this stress with the wather, but all will be ok.  They are saying it's NOT a repeat of last weekend and we can handle this type of snow.  Safe travels to you all, and soon you will be on the lovely Harmony with your family.

P.S. - We are going with your way of having 1 luggage to check and then each having a carry on with the bulk of our stuff .  The funny thing is, our checked luggage is 50% shoes!  It's crazy but needed...sandals for the day, night sandals, beach flip flops, closed runners (for laser tag, zipline, and one of our excursion needs it).  Not sure if you find the same?

I feel this on so many levels. I'm 99% positive that The Boss packed shoes that she hasn't worn in years.....and still didn't wear them on the cruise🤣
