Worth?? anything is worth what someone else is willing to pay for. That being said, is it the best food? no...is it the best entertainment? no...However I enjoy it. I have been all over the world and there are some things that I enjoy that most don't. Was it worth it for me ...sure I am on vacation and I like to splurge on things I don't normally do, eat, or see. Will it be worth it for you?? no way to tell, we are not you. Enjoy yourself, do things you don't normally do. Life is all about the experience!!

I never get the deluxe beverage package... I just get the refreshment package so I get everything but alcohol for about $20 per day and just buy the booze ala cart. Saves a lot of $$ that way... even more so now that the wife and I are Diamond.

Heh... even on the APP things are not showing up... they only have the welcome aboard menu available for my upcoming cruise this Dec on Symphony.

Everything for my cruises is more than I have already booked for. No savings at all.

There are no similar sailings listed on the main page except for a May 2022 sailing on the Allure and that was the old menu. The app only lists day one menu and then for all other days it only lists the children's menu.

Also to avoid more children is to take longer cruises...At least 7 days. We had the worst encounter with children on 4 day cruise around the same time of year (after Thanksgiving and before Christmas) than we did on 7 day cruises.

If you are looking for an expensive watch from your cruise then go into the ports and go to Diamonds International and get one there not on the ship.

Don't wait to book it will only get more and more expensive. Book as early as you can for as far out as you can to get the best pricing possible. I usually book 18-24 months out to get the best pricing.

Yes they have the regular flavors, but they do not get the holiday flavors like pumpkin spice, gingerbread or eggnog.

Just booked 1st Celebrity cruise on the Apex for Dec 2024. Freedom is scheduled for drydock but we have yet to be informed so this is my back up plan.

It is not so much the length of the ship that counts it is the beam and the interior volume that make a huge difference.

The beers are in the 16 oz aluminum bottle shaped cans.

There are menus but it is the welcome aboard day 1 and then all the rest are the children's menu and the wine list but that is all for the MDR. The specialty dining and Coastal Kitchen has the full menus up. this is for android.

On my upcoming Symphony of the Seas sailing I am booked for 6:30 pm, but i usually book as soon as they open. On the Freedom and/or the Oasis in 2024 I only got 7:00 pm... but that is ok. The menus are still not up on the APP yet.

Well yes but I don't want to open a whole package for just 1-2. It is just my wife and I at home. I give the leftover hot dogs to my dogs as treats.

I go to the WJ after dinner and grab some things to have later and put them in the cooler. As well as taking an extra desert back from the MDR. That way after the shows and some time in the casino there are snacks fo me in the room.

We are booked for this Dec on Symphony going to Aruba and Curacao out of Ft Lauderdale.

yeah I have never had the "hot dog" I always get the brats or sausage and they have been great. I can get hot dogs at home. When I am on a cruise I like to eat things I don't normally get at home.

Wow that is unfortunate. We were on Oasis in Dec and even at full capacity we went to Izumi's 1st thing when we boarded to make our reservations. There was nobody there and we made all our other reservations for the week at the same time. Even when we were done there were no other passengers waiting for us to finish. When we got to each restaurant for the nights dinner there were only like 3-4 other couples/families in the place. Even when we finished and were leaving there were plenty of tables empty.
