Just for note, the Prohibition Party is a lot of fun. It is essentially a dance party, themed to 1920s jazz. There is a lot to drink, so if you do not have a drink package, it is a great value.

Yes, you can. For breakfast, there is no charge for orange juice in MDR. Coffee is always complimentary. Soda always costs extra without a package.

I know what you mean. We are definitely paying a premium for a new ship, but I really feel like these are some pretty good rates considering it is a new ship. And by putting down a deposit today, you get a chance to lock in the price now and always have the option of re-booking if any new promotions come out that are a better deal. And on the topic of this thread, I will be there! :P

These days, NextCruise is essentially just an onboard booking bonus. Free money for booking a cruise while onboard. The downside is it is non-refundable, so you are committing to take a cruise because that deposit is non-refundable (though it is transferable).

Prior to cruising on Allure, I thought (incorrectly) that Rising Tide would move much more often. It is on a schedule and I believe there is a screen/sign near the entrance that shows the next departure time.

The real benefit of the lessons is not having to wait (again) in lines for another turn. Like many things in life, the more practice you get, the quicker you learn it.
