MDR Closed Last 2 Nights??

My upcoming sailing is for 8 nights (leaving 4-5). When I go into the app to see what the menus are for each night, it says that the MDR is closed on nights 7 & 8. Is this normal? I know there are plenty of other places to eat, but I'm confused. I looked at the only 8-night sailing cruise compass and it was open those nights. Anyone got any ideas? TIA

It's not closed, the app just isn't showing you full, accurate info.

I just looked again, and instead of looking at the menus in MTD, I looked at the timed dining. What it showed was different depending on what deck you looked at, but I found the information I was looking for. Thanks for the help!

This is a common glitch that makes no sense. MTD for my cruise next month has all the correct menus (I've done the same itinerary on the same ship several times and they haven't changed anything). Another deck has no menus at all.

The app defaults to showing the information for the current cruise.  So while your sailing is 8 nights, the one going on right now is likely 6 nights.

I wish I could lose the weight I gain on a 7N cruise in 2 days.

I promise you that it's gonna take more than 2 days to help me!  Right now I'm trying to lose a little just to make up for what I'm going to be having. Part of my issue at the moment is that I want to make sure I take the right outfits for the special nights, as does my soon to be 16yr old daughter. It's been FOREVER since I've been on a ship and I'm looking forward to a good excuse to wear things I don't really get to any other time.
