Ampurp85 Posted January 19 Report Posted January 19 I want to say that this is the fastest an instant certificate has ever popped up for me. I just got off the sailing this morning. WAAAYTOOO, SplashOfWater, Sweety and 2 others 2 3 Quote
Vince M Posted January 19 Report Posted January 19 Same here. Quickest ever. Points didn't show up yet thought. Got my certificate today and just got off Oasis. Back on the ship for a back to back. WAAAYTOOO and Ampurp85 2 Quote
Pattycruise Posted January 20 Report Posted January 20 Mine usually show up the disembarkation day. I’ve booked a number of cruises waiting to disembark from the ship. Ampurp85 and WAAAYTOOO 2 Quote

AndrewOfTheSeas Posted January 21 Report Posted January 21 How long does it take for the Points total to update on https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com/ following a cruise? The IRC appeared immediately after we got home, however no change in points for her (nor myself on mine for a matter of fact) Reason i ask, my wife achieved Prime on the last trip (disembarked 2 weeks ago), and want to make sure this is updated and correct for our next sailing in 2 weeks time... Thanks. Quote

WAAAYTOOO Posted January 21 Report Posted January 21 It seems to take forever. How they can post the IRC (even when it's upgraded !!) but it takes SO long for the points to post...I just don't get it. Pattycruise and SplashOfWater 2 Quote
Ampurp85 Posted January 22 Author Report Posted January 22 I want to add that it was also a fast point posting as they posted this morning, which is Wed, for a sailing that ended Sunday. AndrewOfTheSeas and WAAAYTOOO 1 1 Quote

Now that is fast. I don't think I've had any post in under a week. Ampurp85 and WAAAYTOOO 2 Quote
Ampurp85 Posted January 25 Author Report Posted January 25 Another fast instant reward on disembarkation day. However I only played about 400 points but I got the certificate for 800pts. I didn't buy a NC certificate because I knew I didn't play for many points......but I did lose quite a bit, so maybe pity. Quote

That’s the kind of good news/bad news I’ve been getting lately. Congratulations ? Ampurp85 1 Quote

I've found they will usually bump up your reward certificate based on actual losses if it's more than $1/point. Best guess I have based on my own experiences is that they bump up the cert to the same level or 1 level below the points you would have had based on $1/point. For example if you had actual (tracked) losses of just over $1200 they would bump you up to either the 1200 or 800 point list, even if you only gained 400 points. Ampurp85 Posted January 26 Author Report Posted January 26 @billdauterive thanks for that. I wonder if that only applies to certain people though. Quote
twangster Posted January 26 Report Posted January 26 My certificates have come quickly lately but the points still take a while. Doesn't matter, I won't reach Signature, just something I've noticed along with quick rewards. I've been able to book comp cruises the day I debark a few times now. Ampurp85 and WAAAYTOOO 2 Quote

Definitely not based on status as I'm fairly certain we are in the same ballpark points/theo/status-wise. The casino hosts I've talked to about it all said it's automatic from the system. They can see your actual losses to date, but won't actually tell you you're going to get a higher cert. It makes sense because until the casino is closed for good on that cruise, you could always come in and hit a jackpot that now nullifies your losses to date. However, they'll usually give you a wink or smile if you guess what your cert would be currently. Ampurp85 1 Quote
