onboard credit from the credit card

Recommended Posts

In my experience, your points OBC will be applied to room charges, including gratuities that weren't prepaid. In addition to cashing out at casino, some cruisers go to guest services to cash out. Now promotional OBC is use it or lose it. It is non-refundable.

I don't think it is refundable.  However,  you can transfer it to a slot machine in the casino and then cash out.

My RC Mastercard OBC IS refundable. I simply go to guest services on the last evening and any unused credits are treated as cash and has been given to me. I once had a guest services rep. freak out because my cash out was more than $1K. Be careful if you have any promotional OBC (Non Refundable) to use as well as "Refundable" credits because they once used my RC Mastercard credits (Refundable) first and then told me I no longer have any credits I can "cash out"  and left my account with $400 uncashable promotional credits.
