Problem is I paid 2 months ago. Has anyone had a similar situation? Ideally I could just call them up and tell them to recharge the card so the offer triggers? Too many cruises have been accidentally canceled after final payment due to credit card issues (and not even real issues). No way would I touch it. Wouldn't the refund I get just process and then the offer will get screwed up and taken back from amex? is there a way to get a check instead?
