smokeybandit Posted May 7, 2023 Report Posted May 7, 2023 Pan Pacific is the most convenient but is expensive We stayed at the Delta Marriott a couple blocks away and were happy with that. Quote
Meridian Posted May 8, 2023 Report Posted May 8, 2023 Have stayed here https://www.coasthotels.com/coast-coal-harbour-vancouver-hotel-by-apa before and booked for later in the year pre cruise. Modern and clean and tidy and walking distance to the port.  Usually the price is ok (relative). Everywhere central is pretty expensive the further from the port it tends to get a little cheaper. This seems to be a good balance. The Pinnacle across the road is ok as well but a bit more 80s. Zacharius Posted May 8, 2023 Report Posted May 8, 2023 Basically any hotel in downtown Vancouver is pretty darn close Quote
KevinK Posted May 8, 2023 Report Posted May 8, 2023 I will be staying at Pan Pacific this Wednesday for the May 11 cruise. Quote

We stayed that the Marriott also. There were 4 of us and one was having to use a knee scooter which made getting a taxi (one big enough) hard to come by so the hotel staff took us in their van (cost of a total of $25). The people at the hotel were great. ScooterScott22 Posted May 9, 2023 Report Posted May 9, 2023 There are a lot of options. Â If you are there just for a night probably best to stay as close as possible but if you have any extra time, I would pick one of the hotels just a little west, in the coal harbor area. Â It is still walkable to the pier and you have some options to get along to the west and walk out to Stanley Park along the water. Â Got some dining and other options a short walk and the train is accessible too. Â We did the Marriott Pinnacle and it was nice, good name for a Royal Caribbean cruise too! Quote
