Raven
Hi, So we have a cruise coming up in May and during that cruise our final payment for our August cruise will be due. My question is, can the Next Cruise department (or some other location on the ship) take final payment for another cruise? Thank you! Peter D
I doubt they can do that and I would not want to risk it. I think you are better off paying the final payment before you leave for your cruise, so there is no issue. smokeybandit
No, NextCruise isn't the same as RC's customer agent staff. Raven
Atlantix2000
I would probably do it ahead of time. But if you don't want to do that or need to wait until final payment date for whatever reason, the options are the same from a ship as from land. However you would normally make the payment will still work. You just may need phone service or an internet package depending on where and when you want to do it. Ryan79
I would just pay it off a week early and avoid any issues and heartache. No harm in paying off a tad early Neesa, whitsmom and CruiseGus
Raven
Well, there is a reason and it does cause some harm. I don't want to pay it early, but if it's my only choice I'll do it.
WAAAYTOOO
If you want to wait until you’re on the ship to make final payment (and I do also suggest that paying it off before sailing is still the best idea), you can call and make the payment over the phone if you’re comfortable doing that. You must dial “0” on your cabin phone and tell the Guest Services rep who answers that you need to call Royal Caribbean, land. They will ask you for the number (which you will need to have handy). The GS rep will either connect you immediately or call you back and connect you. Then the process is the same as it would be, at home. You still have to wait on hold…and wait, but it will work. I’ve used this process twice on my current cruise to upgrade 2 different cruises previously booked. Eamon
