Cruise compass say early bird 630am to 7am. Then breakfast 7 to 11am. What's early bird, just coffee etc?

Likely coffee and continental breakfast type items, not the full spread with the hot foods.

It was just tea, coffee a section of breads and some meat and cheese on your left when you walk in. That what it was in May.  Will be on again October /Nov, if I am up that early with the clocks falling back every day or so I will check again.

For those not familiar with the Wonder OTS, the Windjammer has quite a different layout compared to the other Oasis class ships.

Wonder is the image on the left and the other is Allure.  On Wonder it is on deck 15 and the stations are further back.  That allows the front area to accommodate the early breakfast items towards the front.  The seating area is further back and wraps along the upper Boardwalk where the mini golf and sports courts are on the other ships.
