Vtcwby07
Has anybody had any experience with a pop-up bed tent for their kiddos? Amazon has tons that go around the mattress. Our son has an early bedtime and has a hard time sleeping when there are other distractions around. Previously we had him sleeping in a PeaPod which worked great, but he has outgrown it. JNS123
I don't have a experience with a bed tent, but I don't think it should be a problem as long as it fits in the room. I know people who have used small air mattresses in there room, so there shouldn't be any problems regarding policy/rule. Not a 100% sure, so someone please correct me if I am wrong. smokeybandit
A lot depends on the bed your son is sleeping in. Sofa? Pullman? Etc?
Vtcwby07
The PeaPod is a toddler tent with air mattress we used to cruise with (all of our previous stewards thought it was awesome)... Now that he is 7, he has outgrown it. He will be on the pull-out couch this cruise Becky0976 and RCIfan1912
AshleyDillo
Some folks bring magnetic hooks and a shower curtain to create a sectioned off area in the cabin. The ceiling is magnetic and the curtain can hang on the hooks. RCIfan1912
Becky0976
I don’t remember the name of the one we had since my son who used is now 15, but we had a pop up bed tent that zippered shut. We brought it on our first cruise with our kids when he was 3. We were four of us in an ocean view room that had a sofa bed and a pull down bed. Our 5 year old slept on the sofa bed and he slept in the bed tent on the floor next to him. Worked great, he was used to it from using at the grandparents house. That's pretty much what we are going for. Amazon has a bunch of different options and with all the knock-offs sometimes it's hard to find what we are looking for based on reviews. I saw your post the other day. I thought we would try it out as well (it's worth a shot).
Bowen
Yes! We used a pea pod for years with our kids, we'd pack them up (the pods) and bring them on the cruise with us, it worked great. Having that darkened space was priceless.
