MG728 Posted June 3, 2022 Report Posted June 3, 2022 Hi All, My kids aren't fans of soda, but just wondering what beverages are included and available for them to drink if I don't purchase the soda package for them? (we have never cruised on RC before) Quote

Al Miller Posted June 3, 2022 Report Posted June 3, 2022 Matts link provides what is included with no package at all. Soda Package is Just Soda or whatever is available with the freestyle machines. I think they had various varieties of Powerade, Minute Made, Dasani, Vitamin Water in there too. WHEN the machines stocked and are up and working. Quote
MG728 Posted June 3, 2022 Author Report Posted June 3, 2022 Thanks everyone! Yea I think we will pass, they usually prefer lemonade or ice tea anyways, so glad we can save on this! KristiZ and WAAAYTOOO 2 Quote
Ampurp85 Posted June 3, 2022 Report Posted June 3, 2022 The lemonade and fruit punch that is included on the ship is actually really good. I don't drink iced tea, but my brother says it leaves quite a bit to be desired as far as taste goes. Quote
Safemike1 Posted June 3, 2022 Report Posted June 3, 2022 I purchased the soda package and found that other than getting a few bottles of water, it was not worth it. Ice tea, lemonade, and fruit juices are free. Also, I bought some packages of water flavorings from Walmart ($1.60) that were 10 to a pack and used them most of the time. There are places on the ship you can refill your water bottles and get ice, so that would not be a problem. Quote
Moby Dick Posted June 3, 2022 Report Posted June 3, 2022 I love the "Free Style" machines BUT I don't like carrying around the cup/tumbler, or whatever you want to call it. Not sure what the answer is for this earth shattering dilemma. I guess it's a burden I'll have to bear. Quote

Yeah, if you buy a soda package and don't drink soda it isn't going to be a very good value. WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote
