Ksucat
Got a question to who has sailed recently with unvaccinated kids... I know it says for them to go ashore at ports we need to book a Royal Caribbean excursion. My question is this.... if we have a morning excursion, are they "policing" the return to the ship? What I want to know is will we be able to walk around at port after returning from the excursion, or do they force the kids back on?
Matt
Whether they do or don’t, you’re risking getting denied re entry to the ship. To me, it’s not worth the risk. teddy, Hoppy2cruise, RWDW1204 and 1 other 3
MrMarc
Honestly, you don't really need that t-shirt or cute shell animal that badly. teddy
Matt
Here’s letter we got for our tour today instructing unvaccinated parties to return to ship immediately after tour. Tanner
dejavu21
Agree, we just returned today off of Liberty OTS and all of us, even the kids 10, 12 are vaccinated, and we were told not to leave the RC sponsored excursion to head back to the ship or we could have problems. This was in Cozumel and the tour guides said we should stick with them all the way back to port. They are taking things pretty serious. Ghost999
Currently on Symphony of the Seas. Have 2 kids under age of 7. One of age to be vaccinated and is however hasnt cleared 2 week period after 2nd dose at time of boarding. Day 3 m @ Nassau. We booked a tour guide excursion through Royal. The tour finished with some 20 mins left and we were allowed to roam around the area with little ones. Aside from your cruise card, i highly recommend taking a pic of your DL or other forms of picture ID. Without both forms, there is some red tape to cut through before local authorities lets you walk to the ship.
