EJK Posted November 2, 2021 Report Posted November 2, 2021 Two years ago, we took out first family cruise on Grandeur right after Christmas, and got some beautiful family Christmas photos by the tree in the Centrum and on Coco Cay. In less than 3 weeks, we will be sailing on Mariner (Nov 20-25), and I would love to get some family photos that I could use for our Christmas card - does anyone remember if the ships typically have Christmas decorations up by Thanksgiving? WAAAYTOOO Posted November 2, 2021 Report Posted November 2, 2021 It has been my experience that they begin putting up Christmas decorations immediately after Thanksgiving….but generally not before. EJK 1 Quote
Linda R Posted November 2, 2021 Report Posted November 2, 2021 We always go on a cruise the first 2 weeks of December, and decorations are always up for Christmas. So, I assume right after Thanksgiving is when they redecorate. VirtKitty and EJK 1 1 Quote
MarkusB Posted November 3, 2021 Report Posted November 3, 2021 ... and how long will the decoration stay? We will board a cruise on 12/30. Markus Quote
AHollyS Posted November 3, 2021 Report Posted November 3, 2021 We will be on board over Christmas. I can't wait for the pictures! I personally LOVE the holiday decorations, but HATE to mess with them. EJK and WAAAYTOOO 2 Quote
