Clear Laker
Has anyone ever tried plugging in a small 3 watt night light into the shavers plug in the bathroom? In our previous sailings I have never really looked at the receptacle . Is it 110w? Has anyone tried? Would it work?
PRC
I've never paid attention to it either. I usually leave the bathroom light on and shut the door. The light escaping the bottom of the door is perfect for me. Sarae and WAAAYTOOO
tonyw
I'm sure a small LED night light would not be a problem.
WAAAYTOOO
I think the question is....will that little "shaver" outlet accept a nightlight. I have never tried to plug anything in to that outlet, so I just don't know. Sorry...no help.
Ragman54
Yes it will accept a regular 3 watt night light. I have done it. DocLC
Matt
On Allure of the Seas, there is a nightlight built in. When you turn off the light in the bathroom, there is still a dim light on that is perfect for middle of the night trips.
michelle
And if you have kids, bring glow sticks and crack them on as they are going to bed makes an instant night light for them to have in their bed to make them more comfortable - I have clients give the kids the glow sticks a few days before the cruise at home etc so they were used to it Sarae and Matt
lhm0204
glow sticks are a great idea!!!
Todd
I always travel with small LED lights, it never hurts to have a extra light and while losing power on cruise ships is rare it does happen in hotels and other places so having a extra small light is a smart idea. The glow sticks also work but for the cost of a couple of them you can have a reusable light. Since space and weight is a issue a couple of LED lights are lighter and take up less space than a glow stick for every night.
