Marco Polo Airport to Ravenna is about 2 1/2 hours. I'm sure they will be your standard motorcoach so they will be airconditioned and as far as being crowded. I guess that would depend on which one you take. I think a standard motorcoach seats around 60? So, there won't be more than that on board. Happy Cruising!

We only have passport cards now, but need to get full passports for Oct. Do we have to fill out applications for new passports? Is there a different form if we already have the cards?

I think this will definitely happen as soon as cruises start. There will be a certain amount of people that will pay seemingly anything to cruise again. At least short term.

For those of you who have been on holiday cruises, are the holiday dinners really that much more special? A lot of "special" holiday menus, are regular menu items tweaked with a special garnish and not really worth the extra money.

I just think NCL is being proactive. You can't announce a cruise last minute and expect it to fill up. To whatever capacity that might be. Not enough cruisers have that type of short term flexibility, as far as vacation or time off is concerned.

Book what you want ASAP to secure things you want, if you are comfortable with the price. Check back when there are sales and rebook if the price drops. Bonus if you rebook and pay less, but it's still a win if it doesn't and you were happy with the original price. At least that's my strategy. Happy Cruising!

Circling back, while I at check the planner at least a couple times a week, I've noticed that prices have definitely seemed to jump. I know they fluctuate through out the year, but I'm wondering if the prices are not just higher, now that we are seemingly ?, closer to sailing? And will prices stay artificially high, as cruises start and cruisers who have not purchased pkgs and such are willing to pay the higher prices? At least we're cruising, right? Happy Cruising!

I think one of the best hacks to pack less, is to be open to wearing something more than once. As long as you don't sweat through a shirt or the like, you can wear the same thing, let's say for dinner at least a couple of times. I'm sure it has happened on past cruises with other passengers, but to be honest, I've never noticed. I've never said to myself, "Hey! What a minute! They wore that two nights ago!" I know, easier said than done for a guy. Happy Cruising!

You are correct. Studies have shown that if you have a good experience with something, you tell a couple of people. If you have a bad experience, you tell ten.
