Lol! ??Guilty! @Susie don't feel bad. These boards are a wonderful resource and this community is so great that we can even poke fun at each other but in all honesty, any cruise is a great cruise. We have sailed everything from insides to suites and while we do prefer suites, we have not had a "bad time" on any cruise. Well, except that Carnival one. ?

You cannot re-price for a lower rate but you can upgrade to a higher category if available.

I like Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port (with no kids), and Hyatt Place 17th Street Convention Center (with kids).

The operator on the North Star told me it was because it would take too long and there's no way they would be able to give everyone a turn if they did that.

I never get any of their emails but it looks like a generic one to me. It would be in your cruise planner if it was available. But call just to make sure.

Perhaps you received a generic email? I have no dining packages on my holiday sailing either. Best to call to get confirmation.

I'm already on 2 cruises that month!! Anthem GC July 4th and Symphony July 27. No clue how I'm even going to swing that! And you want me to squeeze July 20th?! ?

I have been told by C&A reps that they are the ones that make the call and decisions on the upgrades......
