I think they all try to be as flexible as they can be.

But you cannot go wrong with any of those 4-5 genies. Everyone loves them. I have rarely heard anything negative about any of them. That is why I think OA has the best genie team right now. I am really hoping they are all still there when I return next March.

Oasis has a fabulous Genie team! They are all the best! If I could pick one ship to sail star on right now, it would be Oasis. Mainly because of those Genies on that ship.

Don’t be deceived. MSC is only bougie with their decor. Not too impressive outside of Yacht Club. We sailed MSC once in 2018. It was a one and done.

You most definitely need to. It is like no product line that I have ever tried, and I have tried many! Omg...I found stuff, but let's just say that my hair was pretty unhappy that entire week. My face products were safe though. When we travel with two kids, I take 3 of the ziploc bags that we are allowed to take on the plane. Kids get 1, Hubby 0. We all agree that should our luggage get lost again, his products are the easiest to find at a local CVS or Publix lol.

Just to give an idea of why I love Air2Sea... My upcoming sailing on Wonder (July 2023), I booked through Air2Sea right when air was released (end of August 2022). As of last night, I have priced this RT flight down 4 times since August, for a total savings of $280pp (round trip). Because it's Hubby and I on this one, that's over $500 saved on air. I would not have been able to do that without Air2Sea being refundable until final payment. Now, the disclaimer is that not every booking with Air2Sea drops like this over time. My March Break airfares and NYE airfares only ever rise, never drops. But the point is that when the opportunity is there, you can take advantage of it with Air2Sea. I can't do that with Delta direct, unless I book refundable but that is more than the $9 or so extra that Air2Sea charges.

100% ship dependent. Allure is a bit more flexible so you might get a yes if you ask. It all depends on the ship's F&B team. Almost all of them use Whatsapp now (ever since the pandemic restart). Prior to that, they were using email or some Genies would tell their guest to call their dect phone. A few Genies even gave guests a dect phone. Whatsapp is a welcomed change to the program but there are still a few lingering SC guests who are used to the "old ways" who may still talk of wanting a dect phone. But I hear that less and less now. BTW, Smitha responds super fast to Whatsapp.

I might be the one who can put you to shame with the toiletries, I kid you not! lol This is also why I can never travel with just carry on. And I fully understand the NEED for all those products. BTW, from one product junkie to another, I used to be a huge Dermalogica fan (for years), but over the last 6-7 months, I have discovered Eminence Organics and I am telling you, Dermalogica cannot even compare. Hair...I am an Alterna/Pureology/Big Sexy fan myself. IYKYK lol

Online or the app. I usually use the Delta app. There are always 2 record locators on the Air2Sea confirmation. One is the airline one (it's marked in brackets), one is something else. Are you using the right one?

Yes, when you re-price with Air2Sea, it’s technically a “cancel and re-book”. You have to re-select your seats (or they can do it for you when they re-book), and you get a new airline confirmation each time. We are on the same December cruise right? Odyssey? NYE…

While I would love to, we don't always book First Class. Even currently, with 4 flights booked with Air2Sea from July 2023 through to Icon inaugural, some are Main cabin and some FC, I can select seats for all of them as soon as I get off the phone with Air2Sea. This is all with Delta. Last summer, when I booked Air Canada with Air2Sea for Norway (which I later cancelled and flew with Delta instead), it was more of a pain. I had to call AC and ask them. I wasn't able to select it myself on the app like how I can with Delta.

When we had the Royal Suite on Freedom, the noise was awful. It was on Deck 10, below the men’s washroom (which was on deck 11) and you could literally hear the flushing all day long from the cabin.

You re-price much the same way you do a cruise. I call Air2Sea and select "existing reservation" and I tell the agent I want to re-price a reservation I have with them. They take care of the rest. I check my airfares almost daily so when I see a drop, I call them. This is the number I call to reach Air2Sea directly: 844-278-9745

Yes! I've done it so many times already. I just did two this week. But once it's paid off at final payment you're stuck, much like the cruise fare.
