We are Cruising on the Navigator March 3rd.  Are there any craft beer selections?  If so, can we purchase them with our drink package?

I was thinking of making my son first or second passenger on our future cruises so that he can start accruing Crown and Anchor status. Will this work? Any pros or cons I should be aware of?

I'm wrapping up planning for Sint Maarten on a stop on Freedom in June, and am leaning toward renting a jeep to get around the island verses some of the other options. If you have been there, how is the parking situation around Maho Beach? Google maps shows what looks to be a decent parking lot next to Sunset Beach Grill, but their website doesn't have a lot of information about it.

I usually don't use travel agents as I am a detailed travel planner myself. But my wife and I are planning a cruise with her sister and her husband for June of 2017. Since we also want to include Denali, I thought I'd use a travel agent. 
 
The agent is heavily endorsing using Princess as Princess dominates the Alaska market including having its own train to Denali. We have never been on Princess. We have been on Carnival once, and Royal 3 soon to be 4 times. We really like Royal. I even planned our cruises such that we would Platinum for C&A just in time for the Alaska cruise.
 
The agent has not worked up quotes yet for Princes or Royal, but they will be coming. Does anyone here have any direct experience comparing Princess Alaska Cruises vs. Royal. I looking for some feedback over and above the travel agent.

We are wanting to cruise in Alaska in 2017. I have done some research and listened to matt's podcast (thank you) and was wondering. If you have cruised, which ship, route you liked and why. A couple of interesting choices. Hard to chose.

On those ships with ice rinks, is it just for the shows, or can you actually go and skate? I didn't pay any attention to it when I was on Freedom last year, but I have a new cruising buddy going with me on Navigator next month, and she seemed really excited about it. Navigator's page says "challenge yourself to the ice-skating rink", so I'm thinking so, but would it be something we need to book ahead of time, or just show up?

Does anyone know if the cupcake class is being offered on Harmony of the Seas?

Can anyone tell me if the basic soda package include bottled water?

I was wondering is it best to pre book transfers with RCCL or just pay for a taxi myself? I will be staying in Miami 3 night prior to the cruise. how far is Miami from the port ?

Hello.  I'm looking for a little help.  My wife and I sailed on the Adventure (my favorite ship) last April.  There was a "white out" night.  We didn't know anything about it.  We are sailing on the Adventure again in June with 10 family members.  Anyone know if there is a "white out" every week?  Thanks.

G'day I am thinking of taking a repositioning cruise from Hong Kong back to Australia and am curious to know if these are full featured normal cruises, will there be anything different about these cruises?

I am writing at Matt's request to let you know about how my wife and I are going on a free(yes, you read that correctly, free) cruise this March 25th out of Ft. Lauderdale on the Independence of the Seas. 
 
A little background here: I have been "playing" the MyVegas games on mobile and desktops for years. My wife and I usually use the rewards to add weekends to our annual trip to Las Vegas and a free weekend to Biloxi, MS yearly. But, last year RCCL became a sponsor and added discounts for cruises that were meh. This year they added free cabins on select sailings. My wife is a teacher so her vacation time is set in stone. Well as luck would have it, the stars aligned and we secured a reward for a free trip and $250 shipboard credit. The process as stated in the purchase seems straight forward, but, I will document the process for those that come after us.

We have 2 connecting rooms booked on Anthem of the seas for a 13 day southern Caribbean cruise. We are booked with the 30t% off promo. Now the WOW promo came out with the 30% off + OBC ( 200$ per room in our case) Can I just call and get them to add the OBC? I'm not sure how this works.

Last month we did our first cruise, I did the excursions I wants ( beaches and such) and my husband did the ones he wanted ( zip line, atv tour, seadoo tour) . I was wondering how common is it for couples to do separate excursions? are we weird for doing this ? lol

I am booked on the 5/9 sailing of Empress for an inside cabin. When we booked, it said only staterooms on the 3rd deck were available. Now online it shows that a ton have come open on the 7th deck. I think I've only ever been on the 3rd deck for RC cruises as I'm usually a last-minute traveler. Is it worth calling RC and asking to move to the 7th deck? Is there much of a difference? 

We are now less than 30 days until our 10 night South Pacific cruise on Voyager of the Seas out of Sydney. Never took a 10 night cruise so I have a question for you all. I have been told there are two formal evenings on a night cruise; does anyone know what days of the cruise would be; for example second & six nights.....
 
We have to dress up for work and social fucntions here in Hong Kong; so a formal evening, dress-up dinner is not our thing so we were planning on hitting up some of the speciality restaurants those two evenings.
 
 

We are on Rhapsody in April and I bought an internet package last Oct but I can't remember if it was just surf or surf and stream. Looking at the payment information on my cruise planner it just shows the amount paid but not the package, is there any place I can find out without having to call RCL. Not a great issue but I just wondered why they don't show what you actually bought. I now know I should have taken a screen shot of what I was buying  :rolleyes:

We are sailing on Harmony in a few weeks. We got a D4 category Oceanview Balcony stateroom. It happens to be one of the "semi" hump balconies. Cabin 9606. It is right before the true hump staterooms. Has anyone stayed in these rooms and any pictures/comments? My first time in the hump and I read a comment elsewhere that it is actually smaller. Getting nervous as we spend a ton of time out on our balcony! TIA!
