It is normally priced at $269 per person.  They had a 1 day "oops" sale on Feb 28th and it was listed for only $69 per person.  (Someone said that it's been raised to over $300 per person now ! )

We just got the email today that it was a pricing mistake but for our troubles RC is giving us $50 onboard credit. Nice of them to give the gesture because if they didn't give a little something then the backlash would of been bad.

    Wow! This is bad!

My sail is in 4 days, I haven't received the email yet and I hope I don't get it.  Why should I have to pay for someone else mistakes? $50 does nothing to help with my plans. It would be terrible to mess with my plans when nothing else is available in this short notice.

Thanks for doing the math for us.  I just went and rechecked to see if it had been removed from the 2 cruises I was able to book it.  We have a total of 5 cruises booked and yesterday the Premier Pass showed up on 2 of them.  Today only 1 of the cruises lists that it's available to purchase.

They haven't cancelled the Atlantis Aquaventure yet and on the same cruise we booked the Premier Pass so it will be fun next month to see if RC takes the perks away.

Why would they cancel the Atlantis Aquaventure?

This has been mentioned a few times in the thread regarding the internet...there is no more just "Surf" for most ships, as they are upgraded to starlink, only one internet plan is offered.

There is only one package now....they've done away with the "Cheaper surf" package due to the upgraded internet on the ships

That's right, now everyone gets the cheaper and slower internet.

  4. I don't know but I've just booked!

Highlights of AquaAdventure $65 Daypass (on RC site):

Atlantis Paradise Island: Your full-day waterpark pass at this sprawling resort includes a complimentary lounge chair and pool towel.

Aquaventure: Splash your way around this massive waterpark's sky-skimming waterslides, kid-friendly water-play forts, and flowing river tube routes.

Marine Habitat: Follow underground paths lined with a series of lagoon aquariums teeming with 50,000 aquatic animals.

Highlights of Atlantis $250 Daypass (on Atlantis site):

The Atlantis Day Pass is required for non-Atlantis guests to access and enjoy Aquaventure, a one-of-a kind water park with thrill slides, refreshing pools, miles of white sandy beaches, marine habitats and more! .

So, it looks like the only difference is the beach access but it's unclear.

    Just to clarify....

In my experience, they are not insisting that you eat everything on the first plate, only that you are finished with one plate before they bring another. They do not care how much is left on the first plate when they take it away.

Still not ideal, but they are definitely NOT making you "finish all your vegetables".

Obviously it was an hyperbolic statement, still it's a stupid policy.

I don't see this surviving even the mildest pushback.  I'll be on Anthem next week and I'll be ordering 2 and expecting 2 at once simply by saying "Please bring them both at the same time"

If offered the rule that he has to wait until I eat the first, I'm simply going to tell him "I know that you want me to be happy and I know that you would like to receive all 10's on the survey at the end, and I want to give you all 10's.  I really want to do that.  I'm only going to be able to do that if I'm able to enjoy my meal the way I'd like to enjoy it.  Please bring me both"

I should also say, before I sit down and order anything on my first visit, I will have tipped him.

    This!

I would add trying to speak with the Food & beverage manager to let him know that this policy is Stupid.

Everything just charges with USB. Get a multiport USB charger and call it a day.

In this photo there are some multiport USB chargers on the "naughty" table so...

Here’s the penalty table from our recent Oasis sailing.  I saw several items on it where people on the board have stated they had no problems getting them on.  I wonder if Royal is really cracking down and updating the policies.

Love the fact we don't have to have our Seapass cards with us. I'm not at all about being actively tracked across the ship.

Also fine with not being wowed but having easier functionality for now.

Easier functionality is very relative to what really happens when you try to pay with them on a bar or a store and the reader wont take them.

I'll recommend trying Princess medallion at least once so you could have a comparing point of view. Just saying.

Please explain how you got to the beach without needing the day pass ? Did you also have access to any food or bars near the beach ?

I'm guessing they didn't. They probably saw the "free" part of the aquarium at the lobby, and then went to Cabbage Beach. Otherwise they entered the premises  without paying which isn't allowed.
