Exactly, I noticed last week that my Grandeur cruise coming up in September had all the Suies marked as SOLD OUT...... then, poof, suddenly this morning, I get an alert that they are available (how many? Who Knows)

There's also a Best Western in Elkridge (just south of the city)... It offers a port shuttle in which you can leave your car at the hotel at no charge.... The hotel itself is about 15 - 20 minutes away from the port straight up I-95. Which direction will you be coming from? Mark

Exactly what I was thinking ..... It was interesting when Matt said nothing new had shown up from the Copyright office on names .... I say, "Enterprise of the Seas" since these new ships are Space Age masterpieces. In all seriousness though .... would they really consider recycling names?

Or Sovereign for that matter (which they've had longer than Monarch) --- It would be a shame for a ship that set the bar high for the modern day cruise ship to be left to fall apart from not being taken care of.

I have to wonder what that says about Pullmantur -- Are they that hard on a ship? Poor maintenance? Who knows

Bingo is a lot of fun .... I can still remember the games on Navigator -- you were given electronic Bingo boards that would keep track for you and would even light up when you had one number left .... very easy to keep track of your numbers

Thanks Todd, It never occurred to me about having access to the cup before the room is ready ...... Again, goes back to what I said earlier, The last thing I want to do when I board is to wait in an additional line. The more things I can accomplish beforehand, the better. Mark

Very interesting, we're also getting the premium package .... it never occurred to me that bottled juices would be brought to the room. This brings up another question ..... will your refillable Coke Cup be brought to the room before boarding also? I'm trying to do whatever I can to avoid lines where possible when we first board. That's one of the up sides to pre-purchasing the drink package.

I'm with Matt on this one ..... my wife was in Key West back in April, many of the pictures she took were in the Mallory Square area ..... very nice.

I would go on a 3, 4 or 5 night cruise in a heartbeat ..... With what they did in the last upgrade for Majesty, that particular ship is on my radar. I've always had a soft spot for the Sovereign Class.

I flew home from Sanford to Hagerstown, MD back in January, while MCO is closer to my mothers than Sanford ..... Wow, what a breeze that place was .... This is definitely an airport built for growth, but right now am able to enjoy it before the growth. They're the best kept secret.

You are right Matt ..... sad ..... seems to me the last time I saw things on cruising were the Samantha Brown series highlighting Freedom and every once in a while, a series of shows relating to Disney World and the Cruise Line..... that's it .... It's just like the Weather Channel --- I pretty much know all I need to know about Prospecting and the Coast Guard in Alaska... M

I think the one hold-out will be Enchantment ..... and the only saving grace was the extension ....... ... Or perhaps Grandeur..... not sure if Radiance Class ships can fit under the Key Bridge (I-695) or the Bay Bridge coming out of Baltimore. Of course, Grandeur could go and be replaced by a different Vision Class ship..... Who knows, I'm still mourning the loss of Sovereign.... you never forget your first love.
