We did this prior to our departure and still had our pic's taken once we got to check-in at the port.  They used the pic's we just had taken and not the ones we uploaded. I don't think you can link your accounts, but someone will be along with more information.  It's my belief that you have to call Royal Caribbean to have it done.

I was able to log in my using my email address instead of user name. Then clicked for a password reset. I got in but can't figure out how to find cruise planner. Also can't figure out how to get into my own crown and anchor account when we both share the same password and I'm the one that sets up the account, not hubby.

@dejagatkins I've been to Cozumel approximately 12 times, most of the times on Cruises but spent a week down there in 2016 at a resort, been to Nachi Cocom twice, eaten and drank at places all over the island and have never had an issue that I would correlate back to food or water I ate or drank.
If you are suspect to getting " Montezuma's Revenge" I would stick with bottled water and to eating at established places, Nachi Cocom is one of those places, if people were to eat and drink there and then get sick it would ruin their reputation and they don't want that anymore than you wanting to get sick.

I would be more concerned about the quality of the alcohol in some of these shady resorts. Not sure if Cozumel was one of the cities with the alcohol poisoning, but just use good judgement. Can't go wrong with going where the locals go.

We at each off the menu, ceviche, nachos, Guacamole , but be warned..it's not TexMex.  It's real Mexican food with spices and jalapeños.
That pico will light up your tongue!   It was delicious each time we ate there and no issues at all with "the revenge". Just drink bottled water and don't use the ice.

Went there last week; it was such an easy and pleasurable experience.
Nice place, but the weather wasn't super - overcast and the surf was pretty cool.
We weren't hassled at all by any vendors, which was a very welcome change.

We've been there twice, took a cab both times. We have never had a minutes trouble. The resort is nice..not super fancy, but if you want a nice relaxing beach day...Naichi is your place.
We go there every time we go to Cozumel.

Very smart to put everyone through customs in MIA.  Doubtful that they could get the manpower in GAL for that.
I'm glad to see that people are starting to adjust.  I know it's a very bad situation but as the Capt. said, those who are homeless at the moment are in way worse shape.  Of course, some of those onboard may be homeless too but just not know it yet.  I hope I'm wrong about that.

    Tuesday AM Update from Liberty
Over the past 24 hours the moods on board have improved significantly!  Passengers have sorted themselves out for the most part in to one of two groups.   Fortunately, the majority have had time to process the situation, make decisions the best they can and have moved on.  However, there are still some frustrated souls who don't know what to do and want the Captain "to make this all end", as if he has any personal control over Harvey.
When we went to bed last night the best ETA they had was 2 pm Miami time and were recommending passengers not book any flights out of Miami or Ft Lauderdale before 7 pm. WE rolled the dice and booked a 6:45 flight out of FLL in hopes of getting home yet tonight.  We will self carry  our bags off and if the RCL-provided airport transfer bus looks like it will sit awhile before full, we will catch our own cab / uber.  I am happy to give a thumbs up to Southwest Airlines who rebooked us on our cancelled HOU - MCI flight to a FLL - MCI flight at no charge.  I do know that the last minute fares on flights as well as Houston area airports being closed are pushing a lot of people into the next group:
Passengers who are staying with the ship until it's return to Galveston will be able to leave the ship and visit the Miami area before disembarking late that night around midnight.  They have even offered a shore excursion to take a bus tour of the area. That is all subject to how things are looking in Galveston area, but their preliminary ETA there is Friday morning.
Everyone is going through customs in Miami so that once they do return to Galveston they will simply need to disembark.  I have not heard  what percentage are leaving the ship but our personal conversations indicate maybe about a third of the group will not be on board the ship tomorrow.
The crew onboard continues to be fantastic.  Captain and staff held a Q&A and stayed until the last question was answered - even the absolute ridiculous ones!
Someone at the Q & A had talked to a personal source on land and stated that as of Monday morning the parking lots at Galveston port had not flooded, but there was no route open to get them off the island.  Captain states they will not leave passengers stranded with no place to go, and they will definitely be able to stay on the ship at least through Sunday morning.
He was tactful in a statement to remind all that we are not in a great situation but we are doing relatively well compared to all those who have been displaced from their homes on land.
Time to start packing. This 10 day cruise will never be forgotten!

A note I saw posted online says that currently, the next cruise is scheduled to start tomorrow and if guests do return to port and need to make additional arrangements they're welcome to stay on the ship docked in port overnight. I have a feeling that if things do not improve, they'll keep passengers on board an additional night and push things out another day. They aren't in then business of putting their passengers in harm's way, and I hope that those approaching Galveston for their upcoming cruise are using common sense in assessing their own safety situation to get there.

This begs another question:  If the port does open, and the cruise line ends the current cruise, and boots everyone off the ship, what in the world will those people do?  Flights are all cancelled.  Are the interstates open to get out of Galveston?  How many cars are flooded in the massive parking lots there?  It seems to me both Carnival and RCCL should not force these people off the ship into potentially life threatening situations.
It's not my money, I know, but it seems, at this point, the prudent thing for Carnival and RCCL to do, is to cancel this week's cruises, issue refunds and free cruises, and keep the current passengers out of harm's way.  If they get in Wednesday or Thursday and the passengers can disburse safely, the cruise lines will get good press.  If, by forcing the issue, multiple people get hurt or killed, the cruise lines will face a  lot of negative press and possible litigation.
Again, I know it's not my money, but Carnival and RCCL are huge companies.  The money spent by going overboard to keep these passengers safe and happy is nothing more than a rounding error in each company's annual profit/loss.
    Just my opinion.

I don't think you have to worry about the taxis at the port. From what I have seen, they're pretty much controlled by someone who appears to be in charge. He will fill up taxis and vans with as many folks as possible going to the same destination, ie, Nachi. When you are ready to leave Nachi and head back to the ship, your waiter will arrange for your taxi. Any "taxi shenanigans" will not be tolerated as that will have a detrimental effect on their daily income.

I echo Waaaytooo, if Nachi used bad liquor they would be out of business, they relay on word of mouth, and those of us that have been there to recommend them to others. So it would not be a good business model to use bad products.

I would not worry too much about Nachi or Mr. Sanchos.  They are very about who they allow in and I would certainly not worry about the tainted drinks in either of these places.
An incident like we have seen in the papers recently would kill their business outright so I don't think they would take any chances.

I would still hold off until next year. If you cancel your Nachi reservation now and try to get a reservation next year, it may be all booked up. They only take 100 reservations a day.

We were on the Allure last March and stopped in Falmouth. You can call it a coincidence, but from what we saw in Falmouth outside of the gated shopping area there is no way in hell I would get off the cruise ship to go into Falmouth on future cruises.

There is a shopping mall next door to where we come in as RCCL cruisers, it is the Carnival cruise dock, from a selection and layout stand point I really like the Carnival shopping area best, to me it was easy walking distance. When you look at it from the cruise ship when you are pulling in it looks like 1 pier, but from land they are 2 separate piers. There are no restriction to walk up from the road, so no worries there. We were at a resort last year and just walked up and shopped, then got a taxi and went sight seeing around the island.

At Cozumel the taxi stand is all the way in the front, just follow the signs, of course they force you to walk through their little shopping mall hoping you will stop and buy something. The taxi stand can look very crowded, but it moves fast, especially if you are just 2. In June we went out about 9am from the ship, hit the Taxi stand by 9:15, were at Nachi about 9:30, 9:40 time frame. When you start getting close to the front of the Taxi line, start watching the drivers and holding up your fingers and shouting how many you are and if you are just a 2 you can usually jump in line. In June we got stuck behind a huge family, 20 people, the taxi's started jockeying around  because they needed 3-4 vans, so I just kept holding up my hand yelling 2 and a driver pulled me out of line and we were loaded and gone before the family was.
You will be hounded by people all the way through the mall, trying to sell you something, even saying they will take you to Nachi, don't believe them, Nachi will email you instructions, just follow them and ignore everything else
Attached Nachi.docx is a copy of my email confirmation, hopefully I deleted all my personal stuff, after this a received a PayPal confirmation saying I had paid my deposit.
Last year in October, I had booked Nachi, and then I was not able to make it, I emailed a cancellation before the deadline and had a refund the dame day.

You have to prepay at least the deposit to reserve your spot. No this is not an official RCI excursion, but all the taxi drivers know where it is, 10-15 minuet drive, taxi's are done by zone in Cozumel, I can't remember what zone this is but it's not very expensive. When you walk in they will assign you a waiter, your waiter will take you to your Palapa/chairs, if you have an idea in mind when you think you want to leave, say 2:30 to go get some souvenirs, then tell your waiter 2:30 and they will have a taxi waiting. Or just tell them later when you want a taxi and it shouldn't be more than about 5 minuets.
My wife and I told the waiter we wanted a taxi, and before we could go to the restroom and get our stuff packed up he was back telling us our taxi was ready.

One of the other reasons appropriate gratuities are important is the attraction of quality staff. Gratuities are the bread and butter for people working in the service positions on ships. Non-tippers need to cruise somewhere else.

You may not agree with the current system, but it is the system at play and you're denying hard working people the money they deserve.
You should indicate your displeasure at the post-cruise survey rather than making your point at the worker's expense.

Also keep in mind the the dining room staff are also those serving you in the buffet, so they're not just providing services when you're in the dining room.

the daily gratuity benefits people you do not see but provide service to you also. Just keep that in mind, while you may be tipping someone for the direct service you received you are shorting someone that provided for you that you didn't see (behind the scenes) that made your overall experience wonderful.
