We are in on this one too!  We also have not been to Bermuda........YET.  We've been looking foward to this one for many months, I'm sure it'll be awesome.

Sometimes it just all confuses me.  However, we went in this morning and they are running their sale.  The water is 40% off right now.  So it's $22.99 for the 12 pack of 1 litre bottles of Evian . We just did 2 of the 12 packs cause it comes out a few dollars cheaper. It all works out good for me in the end.  I love my water.

Hubby just got on 2 days ago.  We got the Mediterranean themed one.  Looking at the entire menu the only thing we ranked above a 1 was the apple blossom.  With none of the "classics" we would have some fear of going down there each night.  To go to a theme night is a nice idea, but we feel you still have to have some classics to fall back on every night.  If we went down there for dinner one night and it was "surprise! it's seafood night" and that's all they have I'd have to turn around and run the other way.  I have a bad allergy to shellfish and I already have to skip the MDR now as it is when they are having lobster tails plus some other shellfish.  We love the MDR and we love the fact they do change the selections each night.  If it ain't broke don't fix it.

If we'll be having 2 formal nights I'll go a dress(nothing over the top), and hubby goes dress slacks and a button down shirt with tie.  For the second formal night we usually have to skip the dining room since it's usually lobster and seafood night and I'm allergic to shellfish.  That second night we tend to see alot more of the people with food allergies in the Wind Jammer.  We do enjoy watching the families all dressed up for pictures, the kids are always so cute.  Our thing is Tropical Shirt night.  We look forward to that one and we rock some bright shirts.

Hubby and I always bring a Thank You gift bag for our room steward.  We put in it some Tide Pods and a box of fabric softener sheets, a magnet from our state and a few little other odds and ends and Always put in a Big Bag of Chocolate Bars, the bite size ones with Snickers in it.  We tell them use what you want and do with the rest whatever you want.  They usually tell us they will share it, but the biggest smiles come from the bag of Candy.  We were on Mariner in Sept and our room steward told us how much she appreciated the laundry items because they were unable to get off the ship.  We give them their gift bag on day 1 and on the last day we give them their tip with a nice Thank You note.  Everybody is different, we enjoy doing this and come up with new ideas each time.
