yes I would try another dept. of Royal and escalate it, but there is also a form you can fill out to remove a travel agent's authority. No offense to the TAs in the group but this is why I will no longer use a TA...loss of control for my own reservations.

you can look in the app now for the daily menu. i find lobster night can be day 6 or 7 of the cruise.

The caves usually take reservations only. As a walk-in you may not get in. So book those ahead of time. Book via Royal excursions in the trip planner for convenience. But either way...Plan ahead. Getting around Bermuda is a pain. Buses take forever but are cheap. The ferry may also take a while. if you have extra money, take a cab. Embarkation at Bayonne is easy. Get there an hour before your check in time, so you can drop off luggage and park. Getting through the terminal is easy peasy. the port is big enough, yes. I always try for the earliest boarding time so I get more time on the ship on day one to walk around. keep a carry on with you with important items, like documentation, meds, change of clothes. I'll be going back to Bermuda again on Liberty myself next May.

What excursions are you guys doing ??

if it's an RC excursion you probably can cancel onboard - maybe a day ahead. In my experience when I have booked excursions and don't show up to them, I get refunded. Although this has only happened at CocoCay. And on my last trip, they canceled one "the morning of" due to weather and I got refunded. Other option is to call the shore excursion number and ask.

you can usually find a Dining representative on the Promenade deck and you can try to change your dining times with them on day one. Then you can go through the Daily planner on the app and reserve the shows. But I wouldn't worry about missing a show. There are plenty of seats.

show times are relatively always the same I have discovered. 2 options for main shows per day: 7 pm or 9pm, maybe an afternoon ice show. you usually cannot book these until you board on day 1. If you are doing My time dining, you should have selected way in advance, not 4 days before your cruise. All the best times get selected early. 7pm is popular.

I'll be on Anthem this December out of NJ. Excited to try this class. Would love if they picked another Quantum for up here as well.

The prices seem to be up today from yesterday's deals. Yesterday i got 13.99 for internet, today it's at 14.99. Drink package was 57.99, now at 62.99. I guess get it now if it's still a deal for you today, because who knows where it will be tomorrow.

Booked this in 2024. Can't believe I have to wait a year and a half to go!

I booked the 12 night Arctic cruise for 2024 today. I couldn't pass it up. I've been on Jewel before. It was my first RCL cruise actually. I liked her. The food is the same as the other ships.
