Our 4 day Oasis cruise Itinerary for April changed from sailing to Labadee to now Costa Maya. Obvious reasons for the change. What is frustrating is my cruise planner still shows Labadee excursions. Is there a way for me to see the Costa Maya excursions? I would love to be able to take advantage of the black friday sales for some Costa Maya excursions and plan for our upcoming cruise in April.

I have the same issue for a 4-night Mariner sailing in April. Originally scheduled for Cozumel, but a few weeks ago got changed to Nassau and Grand Bahama Island. Cruise planner shows the Bahamas itinerary, but all of the excursions are still for Cozumel, so I have no idea what any of the sales might be, but I really don't want to spend my day on the phone with Royal.

Interestingly, I can't find those references on the Travel and Leisure site anymore. The links just bring up a list of all Black Friday deals, and no mention at all of the RC giveaway.....🤔 And a search of the site also doesn't bring up anything.

  3. No real answers for you, but I'm on that same sailing! Fortunately, we've been to Cozumel several times as well as the Bahamas, so we were unfazed by the change- just a short getaway for me and hubs without the kids. But I can understand your frustration if you booked that sailing specifically for its original itinerary. Would you be able to cancel under CWC and switch to a different sailing? I'm not really sure all the rules of that.

Cruised 10/16-23/2021, purchased 5 photos and was told I would receive a link within 4-7 days.   Here we are November 10th, I have made 4 phone calls and STILL no link.  I am not getting any good responses from Royal employees.   I'm highly disappointed that I was unable to depend on the photo staff to handle documenting our cruise.   Bring your own camera if you want to guarantee photos to bring back!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Tabitha-

Several of us have had a similar issue from sailings around the same time, which we discussed in the following thread:

Bottom line is reach out to RoyalFocus@rccl.com with your info, and hopefully you'll get your photos soon! I was on the Odyssey 10/17-10/23, and just received my photos this morning, after several emails to Royal Focus and RC customer service.

This morning I get an email from RoyalFocus@rccl.com stating they have contacted the ship and to expect a link to my photos shortly.

    Hoping shortly is soon.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the photos from your most recent cruise with us.

We have made contact with the ship and will send your photo link shortly.

Thank you for choosing Royal Caribbean.

    Best regards,

I got the same email last night.....not holding my breath.....

  6. I just booked a 4-nighter for husband and I in April and didn't even think to see if we had any casino offers before booking. Well now I see that he has a $200 OFF instant rewards certificate and a $100 OFF ANY SAILING BETWEEN 1/1/22-5/31/22. We have never paid attention to casino offers before (for some reason, neither of us get emails or physical mail from Casino Royale), but I just happened to check the offers website and saw them today. So is it too late to apply these to the April cruise I just booked a few days ago??

  7. Thanks for all the replies. I'm still so frustrated that this is taking so long. We are now 11 days post-cruise (8 business days) and still haven't received anything. I was on the phone with a C&A rep for something else and asked about this issue and she recommended I reach out directly to royalfocus@rccl.com, which is the photo people. Sent an email as soon as I got off the phone with her, and haven't heard a peep back yet. Here's the response I got from the normal RC Customer Service after emailing them about the photos too:

"I see that you have emailed our RoyalFocus inbox to discuss the missing link. I'm happy to say, this puts you a step ahead already. Please accept my apologies for the link not being sent. We did have a small glitch that is causing a slight delay. Our photo team will get the link to you right away. Thank you for your patience."

A follow up email asking on a timeframe for receiving the photos was met with the standard "7-10 business days."

At this point, I'm starting to get worried about never receiving my pictures. Please keep us posted if anyone starts receiving their photos soon!

  8. We just got off Odyssey on 10/23 and purchased a photo package with 50 digital files. When we purchased, they said 3-7 days for the delivery email, and still haven't received anything yet (tomorrow will be 7 days post-cruise). Has anyone purchased photos this way and how long until you actual got them in your email???

    Sincerely,

A momma of 2 littles who spent too much money on pictures because she didn't think her kids would actually let a photographer take their pictures, but then ended up with an obnoxious number of adorable kid portraits because apparently the kids loved all the attention they got from the photographers and bystanders.

  9. We just got off Odyssey with my daughter who was one week shy of 3. We asked if she could do AO Juniors (3-5 years) with her 4.5 year old sister. They seemed like they would have let her, but asked us if the younger one could actually fully go by herself and wipe, even poop, because they are not allowed to help them at all in the restrooms. While we generally considered our younger daughter to be "fully" potty trained, we ended up not signing her up because she did have some trouble getting up on the cruise toilets and was afraid of the flushers. As Matt said above, doesn't hurt to ask!

  10. Sailing Sunday on Odyssey from Ft Lauderdale with 2 unvaccinated kids who need pre-boarding testing. Our check in time is 12pm. Can we get there earlier to get the test started then do all the check-in stuff starting at 12? Or is the earliest we can get the test 12? From what I understand, it's about 45-60min wait for the results, so does anyone have experience with that?

    Thanks!

You can check on this page for a lot of the features of the ship.  Click on individual activities for restrictions.  It's a fantastic resource that I feel most don't use.

Thank you! I've seen this section of the website before but never clicked in the individual activities. Shame on me! I appreciate it! But my 4.5 year old will probably be super bummed when she finds out she can't ride the bumper cars. Maybe I can convince her to do the iFly instead!
