In my case, RC would be making money off me anyway by honoring the package since wouldn't buy a typical internet package since it's cheaper to use 2 D+ days plus a $10 per day charge from my cell provider when in port.

I've only ever had 1 concierge that I didn't think was up for the job. Luckily that was Allure and the other concierge (who I happened to have had on 3 other cruises now) was great. All the others were all B+ or better.
