  1. $1-$2 per bag is my suggestion.
  2. When you go on the wifi section on the App it will show you have a credit, with amount of the value of 2 days surf. You can use that credit any way you want. You can use it for 1 day of surf and stream, with some left over. Or 2 days of Surf, or against a package.
  3. Each person has their own C & A number. I have way more points than my husband as I have taken trips with my mom, sister, etc. When you are traveling they use the person with the most points in a marriage\couple for both people, that way you both get the perks that go with them. They are linked accounts.
  4. No. It is on Odyssey, transatlantic. I do go on Wonder next year for 2 weeks but not until fall.
  5. I was on Odyssey this year and very much enjoyed it. And we will be doing Odyssey again next spring on transatlantic. But Oasis class is my favorite class of ship. We do not participate in most of the activities we do enjoy watching them. Plus I really like 150 Central Park restaurant. Since you are traveling with children I would definitely do an Oasis class ship. We are taking our 3 grandkids on a cruise next June, ages 11, 11, and 14. They have never been on a cruise. Nor really a vacation. We chose an Oasis class ship. So much to do and more restaurants and shows. And if that ship is less money all the more reason! Whatever you decide, have a great time!
  6. We are Dia+ and have never worn a pin. Next spring we will be Pinnacle and still do not plan to wear the pins. Just not a pin wearer. And I have my seapass card to show my status if needed. But I do not care who wears pins and who doesn't. Just an individual choice.
  7. What ship are you on? I just looked up the cupcake class on 3 of my cruises I have booked and all say $34.99. Just curious
  8. Well, I am on the Oasis during this poker tournament. We do not gamble. Hope it is not much of an issue for the non-gamblers.
  9. The only overnites I have done have been in Europe.
  10. About 9 years ago I got a free upgrade. But have not heard of it since. So am not sure.
  11. I had a great TA when I lived in Seattle. When I moved to Montana I kept using her. No problem using an agent that is not in your town. In fact several of my friends here in Montana use my Seattle TA now.
  12. I am on Oasis for first 2 weeks in December. We are in Jr Balcony and have not rec'd any RoyalUp offers. Often just certain classes of cabins.
  13. I have done this twice before and really enjoyed it. Although it was more like $30. I do not think I would do it for $60. I have celiac, and it was nice they also had gluten- free cupcakes to decorate.
  14. If I remember correctly you can watch. It is just sometimes a small space and you would have to stand the entire hour. I have done it a couple times and was fun.
  15. I always get off as late as possible. And usually carry off our luggage, so we can get off whenever you want. Latest is usually 8:45 to 9am. If they assign you a time to disembark you can get it changed very easy. Just go to guest services and change it to the time you prefer.
  16. I pretty much book the last week in Feb and first week in Mar for my sister and I. Haven't decided what ship we will be going on in 2024 yet. Who knows, we might be on the same cruise!
  17. I have sailed the Caribbean the last 2 years in February. Weather fantastic. Sunny and warm. Enjoyed Coco Cay to the fullest from swimming in the ocean to eating. Enjoy
  18. I schedule a few things but like to leave open times. I do not think you can schedule yet for a cruise next summer. But main things I do schedule ahead, like excursions. Even if there are excursions I want to do in every port, I do not schedule them everyday. I do not like to feel rushed and committed all the time. I may stay up late, like 1-2am and then regret I have an excursion at 7am. You cannot see everything, or even do everything on the ship that is offered. I pick the few things I really want to do, and just go with the flow for the rest of it. But everyone is different. I also go on cruises for different reasons. Sometimes to just relax and do things as they come. The main theater I do not not think even requires reservations anymore. I have been on several cruises this year, and is open seating. Smaller venues may require reservations but you can almost always get in without them. Other cruises, like the one I just took for 2 weeks in Europe, I did schedule many excursions. It was a busier vacation but loved it. Just not too relaxing and always a bit tired. You will get it figured out, and get better at planning once you have been on a few cruises. Just enjoy!
  19. anyone heard when Europe and transatlantic 2024 cruises will be available to book?
  20. Many people do not do formal anymore. They might just wear collared shirt and slacks for formal. It all works. I happen to really like dressing up. My husband does not bring his tux anymore though as he just wears a suit. With or without a tie. Enjoy
  21. I often have dinners just in CK and Specialty restaurants. Sometimes I do have breakfast or lunch in the MDR though. Just depends. But I do not have dinner in MDR very often as it seems noisy and unorganized the last few cruises. Whatever you do, just have fun and enjoy!
  22. I am also waiting to book some cruise in 2024. Getting anxious and wish they would hurry up and get them posted.
  23. I would think your travel insurance would cover this?
  24. So sorry this all has happened. But it will be ok and another cruise will happen. Take care and heal fast. Enjoy your holidays
  25. When I like a comedian I will go twice to the show. Usually about half the show is different, improv. It is also different for family vs adult shows. Enjoy
