  1. Do anyone know how to play the 3 interactive games on Allure of the Seas boardwalk? It says to click on the circus tent icon in the app, but I'm not finding it.
  2. From what I've compared, the 3rd Party or maybe better stated, resellers have the same price and terms for this particular travel insurance company I'm looking at as listed when I look directly at the particular company. With all things being equal buying from the 3rd party aka reseller vs directly from the travel insurance company, my guess is to go with the travel insurance company directly, but I don't have a real justification for that conclusion.
  3. I was wondering what if any are the benefits or disadvantages of buying travel insurance from a 3rd party such as InsureMyTrip.com or SquareMouth.com vs buying the travel insurance directly from the company. The travel insurance I was looking at is the same price whether buying it from one of the 3rd parties as it is from buying it directly from the travel insurance company itself.
  4. I was interested in purchasing this for my 2 daughters, however, I was wondering if the class allows for the parents to observe/assist or if this class is only for those who reserved. I'm not fond of cupcakes nor decorating , but my daughters would really enjoy the class. I'm just interested in being there with them as they have fun and enjoy themselves.
  5. When I saw the specialty lunch in the cruise planner, I figured the pre-cruise price might be a deal, but the hassle of scheduling a lunch and having to stick to the day and time selected seems a bit stressful. I'm guessing you can just go to a specialty restaurant and just pay the cover charge although it may be more than the sale in the cruise planner.
  6. We have our 1st cruise coming up in the summer of 2023 and I'm wondering how do most people cruise. Do you go with the flow meaning you just do things as you feel or do you schedule everything and have each day planned out. For example, I was looking at the cruise planner and I see you can reserve specialty dinner and now some lunch has shown up. This is our first cruise so we probably will take advantage of the main dinning room this time around for dinner. However we did want to try at least one of the specialty restaurants for lunch. However, this far out, scheduling lunch seems a bit odd. When we get on the ship, from what we understand, we can schedule shows, and other activities. Thus by scheduling lunch this far out, plus with the set port days in which we plan to do some sort of excursion, which again is another scheduled activity, got me to wondering, do people schedule each day of their cruise, or just wing it and go with the flow.
  7. @RCIfan1912 How is the remaining balance refunded if you don't spend the entire amount you put on your seapass account?
  8. Thanks everyone. Looks like ScootAround works out of Galveston. We might look into getting buy one since the price is close to the rental, but so far she has not needed one in a place that did not provide one.
  9. Thanks. I think renting a wheelchair would be perfect. Any suggestion on who/where to rent one from. I search the forum and only found https://www.specialneedsatsea.com/, however they don't seem to rent out of Galveston. Their website suggest I call since I did not see Galveston listed as an Embarkation port.
  10. 89 year old grandmother will be going on 1st flight & 1st cruise next year. She uses a cane to get around, but has mobility issues for longer distances. Any tips for getting on/off/around ship? We have lots of time to decide on excursions, but definitely no walking/hiking excursion.
