Hi all, I would like to apply FCC for my Oct cruise. I done my own calculation and please let me know if I am correct or not. I only paid £600 for my deposit so far. Deposit paid £600 Tax, fee and port expense £352 on the invoice So I should receive £352 credit back to my account and £248 as FCC? Am I correct? Many thanks

I have the similar situation. I booked interior guarantee room on Allure and RC said Guarantee room is not available yet for next year Harmony of the seas. They cannot offer me L&S. Also RC didn’t offer any compensation for Allure not going to amplification this year. Very disappointed

Sorry, I am abit confused. From what I understand, RC haven’t cancel our cruise but just not going to do amplification. Can we get the 100% refund from RC? Thank you

Does RC offers any compensation if the Allure not going to do amplifications. As I booked the cruise because of all the new facilities that they advertised.

Hi RC has changed their policy and allows to use FCC for the cruise deposit on the new reservation. I tried to book a new reservation online but still ask for credit card details for the deposit. Does anybody know how to apply the FCC for deposit online? Thanks

I got the FCC issued from US RC. Is it possible to book the cruise via UK RC website and apply FCC issued from US RC?

Hey... Sorry I have been so busy with all this I took a week or so off the boards. If the funds are in US it has to be booked with US.

My booking is GTY interior for 4 people and would like to L&S to next year Oct 2021. I spoke to RC and they said I met all the criteria for L&S except the stateroom category as there is no GTY available yet for next year harmony of the seas. Therefore I cannot transfer my booking to next year. Anyone have the same issue?
