    I am beyond annoyed with Royal Caribbean. They canceled my lift and ship after it was booked with a new date. They said they received a request and will not fix it. They just don’t want to honor the lower price. Who can I escalate this with? Waiting hours to talk to supervisor!

    Good luck trying to get this switched. I have called 3 times already and spent 2.5 hours in the phone. They need a supervisor to adjust the price. I have been promised calls back and hung up on twice!
