  1. Please don't remove the plain roast chicken, my wife has allergies and is quite a fussy eater. Chicken every night of the cruise without fail.
  2. Have a 12 night South Pacific on Voyager of the Seas booked for December 4th 2020. Have just been on RCCL website and found a better price, have just phoned and requested the best price guarantee. Just saved $897.80. Worth going on and checking those prices but have noticed a lot have increased in price. We also have a 10 Night on Voyager booked for March 2021 in a Junior Suite. This price has increased since we booked by over $2000.00. Think we got a great bargain.
  3. Can confirm, total refunds received today, 22 payments to my CC. Only took 74 days from date when RC cancelled. Now feeling very rich..
  4. We are still waiting for our 3/14 cruise refunds on both cruise fare and all cruise planner purchases. Total amount owed to us is $8200. Have not received a cent yet. Official cancellation was done on 3/15 so I have lost count of how many days it has been waiting for our refund. I understand that this is a tremendous task to refund millions, but when people are posting that they have had their refunds processed and received on bookings for April, May, June etc and we are still waiting. Have made contact with RCCL reps and have been told on numerous occasions - ït is being processed". Please sort the system out and refund people in a timely and ordered manner. Don't mean to rant but needed to vent to somebody. We are regular cruisers and have always been Loyal to Royal. Have another cruise booked for 4/12 2020 from Sydney AUS, just praying that this one sails.
  5. Just received this from RCCL We were on the Radiance of the Seas 14th March 2020 cruise. Have 3 more cruises booked with Royal. We will continue to sail with them. As we went into our global suspension of sailings, we initially estimated that refunds would take 30 days. Unfortunately, with an unprecedented volume of refunds and credits, we are delayed. We’ve worked diligently to resolve most of the volume issues and are working around the clock to address the backlog to get you your refund, as quickly possible. Currently, some refunds are taking up to 45 days. Please know that each and every request is receiving the same level of care and dedication. And rest assured, your refund will be honored and it is coming – it’s just taking a little longer than expected and we’re very sorry about that. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We’ll have an update for you by May 6th, unless we see that your refund has already been disbursed between now and then.
