Wow! Pretty scathing article about Carnival
whoa replied to Jill's topic in Royal Caribbean News and Rumors
Carnival's misdeeds are frequent and in many cases appear to be deliberate in nature. This starts at the top and ignorance is a very poor excuse especially in this day and age. The willful display of non-transparency and manipulation permeates the culture. Hence, why I will never cruise with them. -
We're pretty boring. Lobster dinner for my SO and braised beef for me.

Anyone tried? What's it like? We started cruising in 2016 and have never seen it at WJ or MDR. My buddy raved about it back in a day. Just wondering if RC will be bringing back.

The Park Cafe in central park for breakfast/lunch. Beautiful and relaxing oasis, far from the madding crowd. -
As always, there's a fine line between free enterprise and social order/justice.

Either Meat and spaghetti or meat and noddles
whoa replied to mworkman's topic in Royal Caribbean Dining
Substitute hot dogs with chorizo sausage and smother with a hearty meat sauce. I'd eat that. -
Tried these a few times on my last cruise and while they look good, they don't taste anywhere close to a real donut. More like a sugary soft bready taste. Would like to hear from others.

Be one of the first to disembark, enter the water-park, store whatever you have in the lockers, secure loungers and head straight to their highest water-slide "Daredevil’s Peak". You will be able to do this about 3-4 times before the lines begin to queue up from 45-60 minutes initially and longer as the day progresses. The "smaller" slides and wave pool will just be icing on the cake. When we were there, the waves were choppy and the winds hit 60 mi/hr that day so we were recalled to the ship within the hour. Not too bad considering that we did the highest water-slide and were refunded the price of admission. Can't emphasize enough that if the water-park is in your plan, disembark early.
