Lunch didn’t disappoint. We sampled most of the menu. We have the best cabana attendants. This is shaping up to be one of our best days at sea. #bestdayever

Seconded, we were in a couple indoor places last night and this wasn't an issue at all.  Once seated we took off masks and enjoyed our drinks.  Even moved around inside the pub and there were no mask police. 

I swear Shane has a tracker on us and our friends. Lol 
He just magically appears. Robert & Tammy joined us a bit later this morning and were in the line for the public tram and Shane shows up and puts them on a private tram and escorts them to the Beach Club. Last night Shane found them and set them up for dinner after the CK dining change.  Poof and he just appears. 
I forgot to bring cash to tip the attendants but Shane said we can take care of it once onboard as long as I have their names.  #teamShane 

We went to deck 15 for a closer look and noticed they looked real. It’s beautiful. Hubby now wants to try the Edge. Told him we will see lol. 

Smitha sent us the link to book our PCR test for the last day before our sailing ends. Easy to do in less than 5 mins. She will also meet us there that morning to ensure a smooth process for us. 🙂

Hubby: Oh, that’s new, they moved Starbucks to the promenade? 
 
Me: No, it’s always been here on Allure…never mind. 😂

As usual, drinks at Starbucks are complimentary for Star. Food is not. 

The guard kept on insisting it was CDC protocol.  I played my “I’ve been on many cruises post-COVID card” but it did not work.

Ugh, that's someone who doesn't know what they're talking about. I hate when that happens.

I was turned away at the entrance to Terminal 3.  I was just going to drop off my luggage and visit the Florida Aquarium while waiting for my check-in time.  They said I can only drop off my luggage at my designated time.
This is the first time this happened to me in six cruises post-COVID.

The two missing items have now returned to the pending charges section of our account (not there yesterday, listed as pending at 1:23 a.m. this morning). Looks like the stuff was only free for one month.
Edit: Update - the money really did leave the account yesterday evening.

Well this is a game changer for me. No idea what these tests cost in the USA but as we are driving results back in 72 hours when we have to drive 9-10 hours.  Another cruise down the drain.

Me too.  She is the best room/suite attendant we have ever had.  I was so happy when I heard that she was back on Oasis.

We were on Harmony last week. Marijana was our suite attendant and we said that she reminded us so much of Cami. They actually worked together on Oasis, are best friends and talk everyday.

International Re-Entry Testing Options 
Many international travelers will require a negative COVID-19 test result for re-entry into their country of residence. Please see below for options available to you on your sailing. 
Be sure to familiarize yourself with your country’s specific requirements prior to scheduling your re-entry test. 
 
For Guests Sailing before January 5, 2022 
You can schedule a COVID-19 test onboard prior to debarkation day to complete your International Re-Entry Testing requirement. Details on scheduling your test will be provided once onboard. 
For Guests Sailing on or after January 5, 2022 
Optional onboard testing to satisfy your International Re-Entry Testing requirement will no longer be available. However, if your country requires a COVID-19 test, you have various ways to complete this testing requirement nearby upon debarking the ship. Note that Royal Caribbean is not affiliated with these providers in any way. Testing costs vary by location and should be paid directly to the provider. These options will be communicated to you once onboard in greater detail. 
At the Terminal — For your convenience, you can take a rapid PCR or antigen COVID-19 test right at the terminal upon debarking the ship and depart. Results will be emailed to you shortly after.  At the Airport — Guests traveling directly to the airport can schedule their rapid PCR or antigen COVID-19 test to be taken on-site with a test provider at the airport.   Local Testing Sites — If you’re staying in the area, there are various locations close to the terminal, the airport and hotels in the area where you can complete PCR or antigen COVID-19 testing.   Pricing for these tests varies by test type and location.

Everything right now is just speculation. I would be surprised if there was another full cancellation to the scale like we saw a couple years ago, since now we are better equipped with an understanding of how the virus works to protect ourselves and for Royal Caribbean to make recommendations to provide a safe vacation. 
It is what it is for the moment - nothing we can do but wait to see what happens next.

Shane picked us up at 8am and had a tram at the ship to bring us over to the Beach Club. 
We have cabana 16. 
 

Docked next to the Celebrity Edge. I think Royal needs this vibe on their suite sun decks 🙂
