We are still Gold so the extra points will be nice but if we lose them it will be okay too. Bonus for us is I upgraded to a Jr. Suite just a couple days before we took off for Miami - scored double points. Just a small blessing during this crazy time we are currently all dealing with. Not going to complain if we lose them as there are so many others dealing with much more than C&A points!

My Wife and I had our March 15th Cruise cancelled. We both received the points for that cruise applied to our C&A points total. Not sure if they will be taken back once the refund is processed but right now they have been applied to our total! 

It might be more work that it's worth, but you could/should ask that your cruise docs be re-issued.  Maybe they will do that automatically...hopefully they will.  Once you have new cruise docs, you will have new luggage tags. ....and then the ol' magic marker trick would work, too !

Unfortunately, they don't automatically regenerate your cruise documents / luggage tags once they've been sent to you.  You can ask for new ones but the right time to do that was while you were on the call getting the upgrade.  It's not too late, but I really don't think it is worth calling back and waiting on hold just to make this request.  You can make your own tags or wait until you get to the port and have the porters fill them out for you.

I would book the week they are released best chance of getting the lowest price.. Then I would price watch like a hawk to see if the pricing goes down at all.. I would totally get 2 rooms. You guys are all adults essentially and just having 2 bathrooms vs 1 bathroom makes all the difference.. Plus the people who would have to sleep on the sleeper couch will be so uncomfortable.. Sure the sofa is fine for kids but in my opinion its horrible for adults its just really not comfortable.. Also because Royal has a limited number of cabins that fit 5 and 6 people they jack the prices up and its often better to book 2-3 cabins rather than 1 cabin.. 

Book 2 adjoining cabins..... not only do you get more space, you also get two bathrooms, and that can be a BIG deal.

I just spotted this sign in the galley on Empress of the seas during the all access tour on Thursday. Looks like they will be up on the Royal App starting 11/15/19.

We enjoyed Chacchoben a few years ago.  Earlier this month we visited Lake Bacalar (raft trip) and found it too tame.  I like Mayan ruins, so that's my bias.
