  1. Just make sure you have both Dose information sheet given to you after each jab. That's what you will need.
  2. Update: Finally reached someone at Peel Public Health who knows what I'm talking about. This person had recently handled a request for the same situation "missing does information". Since my wife is missing her 1st dose information sheet, I gave them what they needed. (my stress level is down a little now). He sent a request to their internal data team to send(via email) my wife's 1st dose information ( ETA 2 to 5 busines days). Crossing my fingers. Stress level is much higher..
  3. exactly, same as Ontario.. that is concerning. @Lovetocruise2002mentioned, they have accepted it online. Now it's matter of accepting the same(QR code version) info at embarkation. I was on the phone for most of the day with Ontario (several tel#s), peel public health, going in circles. It seems Ontario no longer has access to the 1st and 2nd dose information sheet you have received after it was administered. both information sheet had been replaced with the Ontario's QR code version. which is missing the administering physical or medical services provider. Since my wife can't find her 1st dose information sheet.... Will she be turned away at the Port?
  4. Reason I ask, I'm trying to rebook a cruise for my family and need help in clarifying the requirements to show proof Myself and my 16yr old are fully vaccinated, have proof of Vaccination on the 1st and 2nd dose, as well the new QR version of proof of vaccination(2 doses). My wife is fully vaccinated, has proof of 2nd dose of the vaccine as well the new QR version of proof of vaccination(2 doses)). But missing the 1st does information. Wil she be accepted to board the ship, if she's missing the 1st dose info, even though she has the the digital vaccination proof of 2 doses? My 11yr old will be considered not fully vaccinated.(but will have received his 1st does)
  5. not all Shoppers will perform the rapid antigen test. you will need to locate a location that offers it. (15 mins wait) 40.00 each And certain location at Walmart's Pharmacies can do it as well (15 mins wait) 20.00 each
  6. Heard on the radio this morning, Health Canada will provide approval tomorrow and 3 million doses of Pfizer will arrive in a few days(enough for all kids to receive their 1st dose). so we can see start of December for the 1st dose
  7. question: When bidding, the initial bid you offer is multiplied by the number of total guests in that room? EX: family of 4, bid is 50.00 x 4 = 200 dollars total?
  8. well if RCL does decide to go that route and when, the Canadian and/or international families with kids(5-11yrs old) not vaxed will be denied. I'm sure Disney is going through Cancellations right now. I believe vaxing Canadian kids(5-11yrs old) will start in the new year.
  9. Gin and Tonic "Double" that's my go to drink
  10. When our family goes cruising again... Nay! I like being served!
  11. if someone can answer this here that would be great, but I would call Royal and ask.
  12. Ok, so My 11yr old will require the following tests 1) prior to the flight - antigen test at home (day before the flight to Miami) 2) when we land in Miami, we stay at a hotel(overnight) 3) at embarkation day he gets a PCR test...
  13. PCR test to get on board...hmmm at my expense? Maybe it's cheaper to get the 3 antigens and a PCR test at home? This way no hassle correct?
  14. @Canadian Cruisers Sorry to bother you to understand the research I did and by reading your comments 3 family members are vaccinated, they require quick antigen test 2 days before the flight. 1 family member 11yrs old is not vaccinated due to his age, he requires a (PCR or Antigen test)? before the flight? if anitgen then I'm ok RCL requires the following Vaccinated guests age 12 and older must show a negative COVID-19 test result for a PCR or antigen test taken no more than 2 days before boarding day. Unvaccinated kids age 2 to 11 must show a negative test result for a PCR or antigen test taken no more than 3 days before boarding day. Kids’ pre-cruise test cannot be taken on boarding day, because that may affect the sample taken during the kids’ test at the terminal. So which means i can go to Shoppers Drug Mart the day before and get 4 quick antigen test (15 min wait usually), then I'm good for the Flight and boarding the ship? https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/will-i-have-to-take-a-test-before-i-cruise
  15. As of today, Canadians must have a PCR test done 3 days before the flight into the U.S. RCL requires a test 2 days prior to board the ship. Are there any Miami hotel requirements?
  16. Won't be till end of November we'll hear about Canada's decision on vaxing 5 - 11yrs children.. I hope Royal doesn't change the requirements for kids on our Jan 10th sailing. What about 3rd dose for adults? Canada (B.C) has started, I believe Ontario is looking into. is that going to cause issues?
  17. listened to CBC news this morning, vaccinating kids won't happen till the new Year. Well that's the plan they said. We'll see
  18. 81 days for me, now if we can squeeze my 11yrs to get his vaccinations before the cruise that would be awesome
  19. ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTRODUCES ULTIMATE WORLD TOUR, THE FARTHEST-REACHING CRUISE TO ALL SEVEN CONTINENTS https://www.royalcaribbeanpresscenter.com/press-release/1564/royal-caribbean-introduces-ultimate-world-tour-the-farthest-reaching-cruise-to-all-seven-continents/
  20. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/what-vaccines-are-accepted Mixed MNRA doses are accepted by Royal. I'm sure Royal will update the FAQ soon concerning AZ + MNRA vaccination.
  21. If the CDC can approve the Mixed MNRA vaccine dosing, then my wife would be able to travel with us in Jan 2022. Fingers crossed
  22. 2 days!! damn. I priced out covid test for same day results, looking at an additional cost of 1,750.00(Family of 4). I'm sure I can probably find something cheaper. i still have to pay for flights.. hope things gets more relaxed as we get closer to Jan 2022
