  1. I fear the room service fee waiver was just a short term thing, to make up for the temporary loss of other perks. If they made it permanent I'd likely buy the Key regularly.
  2. The difference is 18% so I'm guessing they are refunding you in two separate amounts, one for the meal and one for the gratuity. For whatever arcane reason!
  3. It's super easy to release it back to the ocean when you're out at sea, no concerns or regulations.
  4. I believe Jewel still has Hot Rocks, so no Hibachi
  5. Welcome to the boards! Try here first: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/getting-started Then there's a ton of info pertaining to Galveston here: There are also a few Live Blogs for Liberty, although they are pre-covid.
  6. Personally I'd probably choose 9694, just because I tend to like higher cabins. But I don't know that there would be much difference between these two.
  7. Actually there are great deals to be had, particularly now with the reduced capacity, by waiting until you're onboard. The first day or two there will be servers walking around trying to drum up business and they can offer discounts. We just did this on Serenade last month. For example, we got half off Giovanni's because we were willing to go the first night.
  8. Yes, if you have not prepaid they are charged to your room daily and come out of OBC first.
  9. Even if you buy Voom, the Chat is extra.
  10. Serenade played Black Widow, Cruella, Here Now, and a couple of other recent movies on our October cruise.
  11. Hi! Welcome to the forums! Let us know what ship and when you are sailing and we can maybe better advise you.
  12. Please add March 25, 2022, Enchantment Thanks!
  13. They won't homeport a ship that large in Japan, at least not for any length of time. Tokyo is too far from anywhere else (other than different Japanese ports) to sustain a viable season there.
  14. Yes, I did see one spin class with like 6 people. Most of them were jazzersizery though.
  15. Earlier this month on Serenade they simply held all the fitness classes out on the pool deck, so no masks required. This was easy because of the low passenger count.
  16. Mine was. In fact it was 48 hours prior, because that's what we needed for our travels. Just tell them what you need and they'll work with you.
  17. Depended on the night, which band was playing. The R Bar is in the Centrum and has an upscale vibe.
  18. I recall the captain saying something about Great Isaac Cay, so try your googling there. We were there at high tide, so my photo doesn't show as much of the island as is visible at other times.
  19. We did not eat quite that late, but we found have found in the past that if we wanted out of the MDR in an hour or so it was very doable -- just review the menu ahead and let your server know when you'd like to be finished. No worries!
  20. This is how they handled it on Serenade last week. So few passengers meant they really couldn't do two showtimes per night. So there was only at single show, at 930p, for everyone. They said it was to accommodate as many as possible, since most dining was done by then. They also said as soon as there were more passengers they would resume the 2x per night shows.
  21. It is actually at the discretion of the offering store. Likely there will be a fee, especially for a rapid test, anywhere from $99-$350. But possibly not.
  22. There are Walgreens in Puerto Rico that offer the 1-hour result antigen test. You should be fine.
