We haven't seen an additional sale on the alcohol package in quite some time.

I liked the new menu. Just like the old menu, some things were better than others. The spaghetti bolognese on the "Classics" menu is amazing!

@ryan.aubin I tried to find an old NextCruise booking receipt I made, but no dice. If I were you, I'd call RC and ask them that exact question. It's possible the NextCruise OBC bonus is listed elsewhere and it will be available onboard. It's also possible whomever upgraded you neglected to include the NextCruise cert with the booking. Eitherway, you need RC to explain what happened.

$38 unlimited alcohol package. I heard some folks on Oasis got it as low as $34 or $36. In both cases, those discounts were in very early 2017.

Agreed. It's too early to have certainty where this storm will go, or its intensity.

The NextCruise OBC bonus should be combinable with whatever promotion RC was running at the time of booking. Where are you seeing the $75 OBC gone? At the time of booking, did you defer the OBC for the sailing or did you take it for the sailing you were on? Also, whom did you book with? RC directly or a travel agent?

If memory serves me correctly, charging for baggage was a means of combating a one-time high oil prices (which have all come back down). -
FWIW, Starbucks on Oasis class ships posts on their menu how many calories per drink. You might be able to also get nutritional info from the Johnny Rockets website about the food on their menu. Otherwise, I'm not aware of any posted nutritional info

There is a beach within walking distance, but it's hardly the best beach in Cozumel. El Cid resort offers a day pass at the front desk.

The only place you can't use the drink package onboard is to pay for room service or for mini-bar drinks. Sort of. I will echo the other's comments. Things will drastically improve from an infrastructure (highways, airports, ports) standpoint in the next 10 days or so.

Agree completely. I'd say this Sunday's sailing is the only one in jeopardy at this point.

You might be right. Really depends how the roads are Friday and Saturday. Frankly, I'm not sure how to handle getting to Galveston even if the cruise is on with the infrastructure issues between Houston and Galveston.
