  1. I believe there are avenues for government to ask for assistance because they see which assets are in the area. In some cases, I believe the offer is made by the cruise line in case it's needed, as was the case with the Surfside condo collapse in 2021.
  2. Can you be more specific exactly what they mean? It's not heard of pre- or post-pandemic for DL access to be restricted when there are too many top tier members onboard. Not that it bothers me at all, since I'd much rather go to almost any other bar for my drinks.
  3. The cruise industry is built around the concept of double occupancy, regardless of age. Add a second adult to the room and have your infant be the third guest in the room and you'll see the price for your infant plummet.
  4. Regarding the issue with Diamonds on Wonder, that cruise is a casino signature level cruise, so it's just a one-off as best we can tell due to the unique nature of that sailing.
  5. Considering you have 38 tabs open, I might be doing you a favor...
  6. As long as you are not past final payment and a resident of countries that allow price changes (US or Canada, not UK)
  7. Booked this cruise last week, because 3 cruises in November wasn't enough. Anyone else onboard?

  9. Any onboard credit you get is a credit against your onboard spend you've already made. So if you charged beverage package, internet and spa treatments and have gratuities going there, Royal will deduct any OBC you have first and then at the end of the cruise you'll be charged the remainder balance.
  10. It's available at the moment on: Wonder of the Seas Harmony of the Seas Oasis of the Seas Allure of the Seas Celebrity Beyond

  13. I agree with @Ryan79. We're not here to give financial investment advice, but I would not recommend buying stock purely for onboard credit. You should buy stock because you think it's a good long-term financial investment.
  14. The other component to this conversation is what constitutes a "good price" or "deal". I'm certain we all have different definitions and expectations for what that looks like. Or as once was famously said, "I know it when I see it…"
  15. I'd recommend working with a travel agent. They can assist with questions like this.
  16. There is an outlet for razors (I forget the technical term for these lower voltage outlets).
  17. My advice for making final payment early is to leave like $200 or so off, for situations like this. It's easier if you owe a balance to do a price drop.
  18. No, they just show up in the same pick up area as everyone You want Terminal 1 for Port Canaveral
  19. The #1 reason not to book through a website is the lack of service you can get from them, as well as fees for their services they levy (in addition to any from the cruise line).
  20. Besides the lengthy commute times, did you encounter the infamous puke inducing experience the ferry is known for?
  21. Bingo. Many years ago I had an accidental deletion of my reservation. My TA jumped on it immediately and not only got my room back, but extras too for the trouble. Best part: I did nothing. I went about my day and saw a note later with what she did to remedy the situation. And it cost me nothing extra.
