Lisant Posted July 17, 2018 Report Share Posted July 17, 2018 I am going on my very first cruise soon and have been trying to do my online check in yesterday and today. It keeps kicking me out to a page that says customer service. When I call, they say they are closed. So frustrated as work 12.5 hr shifts and only have so much time to get this all done. twangster Posted July 17, 2018 Report Share Posted July 17, 2018 The general wisdom is to use private mode in your browser. If kicked out you may have wait 15 minutes before trying again. Clearing browser cache and data is another option, or try a browser you don't use often. I do most things in private mode on RC's website. Boston Babe Posted July 17, 2018 Report Share Posted July 17, 2018 Well, I get an email from RCCL, that I can check in (mind you it's for sister cruiseline Celebrity), I tried to check in 6 times, different browsers and it just kept going back to the home page to book a cruise! I tried doing online checkin today around 7:30 AM and got notifications that my reservation was being modified and to check back later. Also couldn't access Cruise Planner, it said there was an issue locking my reservation.
