I'm boarding Wonder OTS in April 2024 and we've followed Matt's advice on booking and rebooking anything that we pre-purchased in our CP. Now, my question is, if we booked something with our OBC, and we see it for a cheaper price, how does the OBC go about to refunding us to our account? It was given to us by our TA, but we're worried that it might be gone forever if we end up cancelling and rebooking. For reference, this is for our Classic Soda package. OBC actually tends to show back up almost right away. I just canceled a specialty restaurant and the OBC I used to book it was already back on my account as soon as I re-booked the same meal 5 minutes later. This has been the case in the past, as well for, for any OBC I've had refunded OCSC Mike, DoomSlayer, USCG Teacher and 2 others 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That doesn't mean it will always work as intended of course, just sharing my experience. EDIT: Scott beat me to it. BrianB Posted November 13, 2023 Report Share Posted November 13, 2023 I’ve also cancelled a purchase made with partial OBC and partial credit card. The OBC went right back to my account and the balance will be refunded to my credit card. I think that happened in a few days. I never had to deal with travel agent supplied OBC, but I’m guessing it’s still considered the same. Maybe someone who has…or a TA…can advise.
