BINGO rules of game play

Has anyone ever asked for the rules of gameplay for BINGO? A group of us recently sailed and one of us won game 2 of BINGO but weren’t told how to claim the prize. I’ve since learned you have to go to guest services and ask for cash and if you don’t it will be put on your onboard statement. I asked for the rules of game play and the post cruise agent told me they would reach out to the BINGO host on the cruise ship who told the agent verbally but wouldn’t put anything in writing. Does RC really not have rules of gameplay in writing? The agent also said that each ship has their own rules. I have a hard time believing this and would think RC corporate would dictate the rules for all gameplay onboard. I was transferred to casino club royale and they didn’t understand the request either and the call dropped.

I'm having a hard time understanding this question since, well, it's Bingo!  I could sum up the rules in a couple sentences but that hardly seems necessary.  If you won, I can't imagine leaving the room without asking what to do next.  As with all complaints, if you didn't deal with it on the ship, it's many times harder to deal with it post-cruise.  Most shore staff have no clue about anything that happens on board.

When I won I was given a receipt to sign and very clear instructions.  They hold Bingo several times a cruise so you could have gone directly to ask them for more details.  If you had questions then Guest Services is open 24 hours a day and that is where you should have directed your question.  Any problems/questions are much easier to deal with when you are in a situation such as a hotel or on a cruise.

I won at Bingo on my recent cruise on Oasis of the Seas.  They asked me for my Seapass card and told me that they would add my winnings to my Seapass account or I could go to Guest Services to get a voucher for the cash value of the prize.  They were pretty transparent when I won.  I'm surprised that they didn't say anything to you at the time they validated the win.
